Would you eat this? First, I ordered delivery and it took over an hour and 15 min to be delivered. Then when it arrives it’s burnt. I tried to call and report it but no one answered. I went in.no immediate apology no remedy. I asked for my
money back and that’s when I was told they could remake it. I asked the manager would she eat it and how could you allow this to leave your store. Well I had to wait even longer for a remake of the pizza. They really need training in this place. And it wasn’t short staffed, there were 2 managers and 5 associates. Just ridiculous!

I just ordered a hand tossed pizza that was so thin it had to be a thin crust pizza.
I returned to the store to show them and was told it is indeed a hand tossed pizza. My question was, how thin is the thin crust? The manager replied as thin as a cracker.
I layer a saltiness cracker next to my hand tossed pizza and it is thicker than my pizza.

I ordered 2 large hand tossed pizzas – both with sweet marinara sauce, one of the pizzas to have double mushrooms. When eating the pizzas, I noticed that both did not have any sauce on them. Without sauce, the pizzas were very dry – like eating cardboard. The boxes probably would have tasted better. The pizza that was to have double mushrooms only had the regular amount of mushrooms. These were the worst pizzas I have ever had. Next time I order pizzas, I will seriously consider going across the street and order from Dominos.

I love all their food but it has come to me they have been a little lazy with the chicken wings. They changed it to the grey container which I’m not a big fan of and they barely add sauce to my chicken. It was honestly better with the black container.

Pizza Hut has been my favorite forever. I’ve loved the New Yorker since it first debuted in 97/98. This location pops out a delicious pizza every time. And the staff goes over the top to give good service even when busy. Thanks for satisfying our cravings!
Update: Malik the new GM must not know I am a frequent guests of this Pizza Hut location.
Our last pizzas from here was absolutely horrible. Seems like this location is struggiling with efficiency and quality. We ordered the chicken sausage and instead were given the bland, hard fried chicken chunks on our pie. In addition, the second pizza was sloppy and barely stretched the box. I called and was promised by the MOD to be compensated on my next order. When calling to retrieve, Malik offered a brownie instead. How sweet boss. Does not nearly compensate for my $27 dollars spent in previous weeks. But thank you.
As the GM and brand, you have lost a valued customer.

I ordered last week and it took forever, so I canceled. Was told they’re under new ownership, which fired their in-house drivers, so now they go through Doordash. But lots of dashers don’t hang around that area ready to accept orders since it’s out the way from Metairie and the city where the action is. If you’re not taking out, I’d forget it.
Also they’re actually saying I have to call Doordash to get the tip part of my refund back, even though I paid 100% through Pizza Hut!!! Blaming it on their “system”, what a racket!!!

We order weekly and since Doordarsh has been delivering we’ve had NOTHING but problems. Over hour wait for food. Dashers bringing us the wrong order and when we bring it up to the dasher they wave us off and say call the store. Then we’re waiting another 30 minutes for our order to be re-made AND picking it up ourselves not being comped for the extra time, our delivery fee, nothing. Terrible customer experience.

It’s really gone downhill with the toppings. Extremely sparse and now double the price. Also not a very nice “call center” handles the orders and are difficult to understand. More corporate greed hiring people from other countries so they don’t have to pay them as much and profit EVEN MORE. It’s very sad that literally everything has gone down hill….. won’t be getting again any time soon

I am not sure who is running things at this location now, but I ordered pizza for delivery at 6:09pm received email confirmation with 6:40pm delivery time, and it didn’t arrive till 7:32pm. I tried to call to check on the status, and was routed to a Pizza Hut call center in San Antonio ♀️ I couldn’t even get someone at the local store on the phone. I guess they were busy! But, No call to say running late. The driver was apologetic when he arrived. I went to the site to return the pizza for a refund and the manager said, “Were busy”. That’s it, no apology, no trying to recover the situation, offer up anything for the long wait. Ultimately, I got my refund, didn’t ask for the tip back, but can’t say I’ll be ordering Pizza Hut anytime soon. I miss Papa John’s. How’s this place operating and there isn’t a Papa John’s nearby?! Oh well, Dominos it is then.
