This is by far the best location I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating at, the service was by far top notch, the food especially the wings were amazing, the pizza, the seasoned fries all of it was very tasty, the atmosphere to chose either to dine in or carry out on the patio watching a beautiful sunset was the frosting on the cake. The pricing is very competitive and the quality of this experience deserves five stars. Thank you pizza Hut for an incredible and enjoyable experience at the Charmette, La. location. Your staff and management deserve a huge pat on the back for going out of there way to make guests like me have such a good experience. I highly recommend, and will return in the near future. 5 stars to all of the staff and management. Thank you.

I ordered 2 pizzas and the team pushed them out very quickly. I was surprised by how fast they did but that just shows they’re good at their jobs. The team also seems to work well together and the atmosphere was very lively.

The girl working up front was very efficient at her job. The lady in the back was also very nice and showed great leadership qualities. Dont even get me started on the food. The entire place was just a bundle of joy. Props to the guys who were working in the back too!

Literally took 1 hour to get door dash just for a personal pan combo with literally no order or anyone in the store .
So why did it take you 1 hour to prepare 1 personal pan pizza .

Let’s start with I finally earned enough points to get a free large pizza. I ordered meatloavas did not get a meatloather’s pizza! I had three pizzas in my order one meat lovers on my 300 points I earned, one red sauce with pepperoni, chicken, and bacon, one with white sauce that was supposed to be chicken, ham, and pineapple. What I received was two of the red sauce with pepperoni, chicken, and bacon no meat lovers then my white sauce pizza had bacon NOT Pineapple. I don’t understand why it is that when I have spent enough to earn a free pizza my free pizza is never what I’m actually ordering. On top of that I wanted to try the cinnamon breadsticks did not get the dipping sauce that was supposed to come with it. The last couple times I have ordered from Pizza Hut it has been the most disappointing experience . At this point I’m looking for another pizza place in the parish cause the want to come back to Pizza Hut is not there due to the disappointment.

June 17, 2024 I don’t know who I spoke with but Thank You. I ordered a Large 3 topping pizza. I thought it was small for a large but it was a large. However, when I opened the box only one side of the pizza had toppings. It was delivery, so I don’t know if it was dropped by the driver but when I called to complain (lol) the lady on the phone was very nice and she sent me out another pizza. Amazing customer service!! I hope she was a manager, if not, she needs to be.
I ordered online and was told that my order would be ready by 7:40. I got it at 7:55. That was not the problem. Although the wait was long, I saw that they were doing everything possible to get everyone their order. However, when i made it home, I realized someone decided to freestyle on my pizza and add pineapples. I never order pineapples on pizza. That was disgusting. If you’re gonna take your time, at least make sure the orders are correct.

I placed my order online for carry-out/curbside. When I arrived, I click on the button that I was outside, yet, no one came to the car. Some time passed and I had to call to have my order brought to me. Lastly, when I got home, opened the box, I noticed a large piece of cardboard baked into the pizza! NOT cool!!!

I ordered and paid for my pizza on my mobile app but didn’t check my location. Trying to get the issues fixed and resolved was very frustrating. I kept being put on hold, with no explanation why, I felt I was being put off purposely. But finally I was able to get on the phone with the GM Tyler and he was the best and after he explained things to me, I felt much better. And he was able to cancel my order and give me a full refund!! Cause none of us have money to waste right now!!

This place has terrible customer service… Me and my family Order regularly. I would say we order at least twice a month, for a family of 3… This Pizza Hut needs new management and staff that know how to make a pizza. They seem to have an I don’t care attitude. Employees children running around playing & spilling drink everywhere. I would have left if I hadn’t pre paid for my order.
