Understaffed for the evening. Were there 10 tp 15 minutes without any service finally one of our party went up and asked for menus. An 1 hour and 17 minutes to get a pizza from the time we ordered. (Yes we timed it)

It’s exactly what you think of seeing an in-dining pizza hut. It was hectic with to go orders; the food was fine, the service was satisfactory. I took my kid there after a perfect travel day. Kid got pizza and the bill was truly reasonable. I would stop in again.
One thing I ✅️ noted; A mother and her disabled son came in. The food was already ready, they new each other by name. The owners were wonderful to the little family. I would definitely show these folks some love, if you have a stop in Nebraska.

Was there at 11:20 on July 26, in Gordon. First I sat at the drive thru window for almost 10 min . With manager right there. So I knocked on the window. Manager came to the window and was very rude. Told her I had a order I placed on the app. She went and got it. She was very rude the whole time. My fault for not checking the pizza before I left. I live in Martin SD . The pizza was all wrong all the way around. The cinnamon sticks where burnt ♀️ ♀️. This is uncalled for . I like pizza hut. But I will not be going back . If that’s how you get treated

This establishment is run unprofessionally by a rude manager who’s mother is a blatant racist towards native American people. Low quality ingredients visibly dirty kitchen. the manager will quite often make staff work well above their titles and duties. The service takes far to long. The manager herself will treat customers with a disrespectful tone and demeanor. Called in orders will be answered with an obvious tone of disgust. I do not suggest this establishment in the slightest 0/10. Go to super foods and get digorno instead.

Had the meaty pasta it was good, took 15 min. To get waited on , 40 min. To get the food, darn slow considering we were the only ones there that didn’t have food, the other couple were already eating, I guess if you have a hour to burn, don’t really care for pizza huts pizza but pasta bake was good

Stopped in here for lunch last Sunday. Wasn’t too busy maybe half capacity. I could tell they were short staffed so I tried to be patient but we sit there 15min before we even got drinks. Every customer in the building had food on their table and the waitress didnt show much interest in taking our order. She said she had to clear tables then she could take our order, nobody was waiting to be seated so clearing tables could wait.

Received a wrong to go order in June and did not realize it till after getting home 44 miles away. Called and talked to the manager and was able to receive a credit. Went again a week ago for take out and the service was great and food was correct. Overall would go back.
