Yeesh. Pepperoni pizza was soaked with buffalo sauce on the bottom. The barbecue pizza was just a wet gooey mess, also with soggy crust underneath from some sort of sauce. Couldn’t even eat it, too unappetizing. Inside was dark, and we didn’t feel very welcomed.

Idk man. You’ve got three orders to take care of, it can’t be too hard. Ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and got a buffalo chicken soupizza 🙁 Ingredients just slipped off and the pizza was soggy. They put buffalo sauce on my homies pepperoni. They don’t even got Runza as an alternative here anymore.

6/18/24 @ 11am – I ordered 8 pieces of boneless garlic parmesan wings online. It stated the order was ready. Come to find out it was not ready. When I walked in, a lady met me and I told her I was there to pick up an online order of wings. She said it’ll be 15-20 minutes. I waited in the car again. The long wait was a shock considering the lady eventually handed me a super small container that weighed almost nothing. They didn’t even have the blue cheese I ordered. I had to settle for ranch. The lady never said sorry, thank you…nothing. She didn’t offer napkins…nothing. When I got in the car and opened the damn box, I felt robbed. Look at the pics! $10+ and an unreasonably long wait for super small chicken bites. I immediately went in yet again, and this time asked for a refund. One guy did offer to remake them, but I got the impression all their “wings” are like “bites” and didn’t want to wait an additional 20 minutes for 8 chicken BITES. My family and I were just passing through this town and didn’t think wings would take that much time out of our travels. The GM was there and had to initiate the refund. She came to the front and like the other staff never said hello, welcome, I appreciate the business/ wait, sorry you’re disappointed…nothing. I once expected GMs to know how to satisfy a customer. Clearly, this one couldn’t care less that I was disappointed. I was the first and only customer in that place, so maybe Pizza Hut staff and GM were still sleepy or wishing they were somewhere else. Bottom line, they all seemed quite bothered from the very first moment I walked in. GM said “well that’s just the way they come” before she even opened the box! She didn’t seem concerned at all or even address my other complaints about the website telling me the wings were ready (when they were not) or not getting my beloved blue cheese. Then, the GM told me she’d have to get my email and number to contact me when the cooperate office agree to refund me. She said she would call me to let me know when they refund my money. Listen, this place is a joke, the food and customer service suggest it’ll be closed down soon. Complete abysmal. Now I see why the reviews are so low here.

The last two times we have gotten pizza there it’s been terrible. It’s really sad to see such a nice restaurant to go down hill like this. I doubt that I will go back.

The guy at the window is like annoyingly super nonchalant and rude haha he hands the card reader lets us hold it for like 5 minutes and then hands the singing thing and same thing and I’m like just take it back damn

We were traveling and would be passing through Valentine so I ordered ahead and by the time arrived at Valentine, our pizza was ready. Yay! It was so yummy! Mmm

They were short handed, so we bussed our own table when we were done – no big deal. Pizza crust was amazing. Could have had more toppings, but we did ask to leave off mushrooms & pepperoni. We didn’t get there til almost 9 pm, but the staff were very nice & helpful.

Foods never disappointed from the pizza, wings all the way to the cinnabons. Highly recommend ordering ahead of time for better service

Nice facade. I have never been in there. I assume the food is top-notch. Also, the service must be outstanding. You can gleen a lot from your car window about the atmosphere in a place like this. AND, no one out pizzas the hut.

Service was horrible on October 1st at around 3:30 pm. Walked in saw a sing that states short handed. Was OK we understood. Found a table had a seat. Waited 25 minutes to be waited on. The waitresses never came over or even acknowledged the we were even there. The party behind us got service. She even had the time to sit down with them. Poor service will be the end of any business.
