Had a great experience this evening eating at the Kimball ,NE Pizza Hut.
The food was yummy, our cook/ waiter , Casey Schindler, was very polite, courteous and professional. I was very surprised to see that he was working alone.
He’s an excellent employee. Who do I talk to to get him a raise? Casey Schindler. You are very impressive!! Very impressive, indeed! Keep up the good work!

Pizza came out good. The guy that took my order looked at me like I shot his dog. But to his defense, I might have. The lady serving everyone seemed great though. The sticky floor, gross carpet and the flies is what took off the last star.

Garbage! Every time! Consistently horrible! In my photos are meaty pasta supposedly “cheesesticks” and spicy garlic wings. Over $70. This place is so bad. Management is lazy and incompetent. Food is always burnt. That is literally soup in the wings! They ran out of parmesan and gave us to go marinara cups with parmesan in it. Pretty sure not up to covid food guidelines. Store is gross and unclean as well. Lesson learned! Will rather eat snow than ever order from here again!

The woman who waited on us was very personable and sweet to my family. The food was excellent! She was very attentive and seemed to be the hardest working employee in the place. We were passing through town on vacation and not from the area. It was so nice to be greeted by a friendly face and enjoy a hot meal. Salad bar was excellent!

Dont spend your money here.
Lack of quality. Pizza is not what you order. Is missing the items you are paying for and they will lie to you and say it’s under the cheese. It’s not there. Lack of flavor. Lack of product. Double pepperoni means just that. Not 2 or 3 pc per slice. 4 pc sausage per slice. I Will NOT RETURN. LESS THAN A SPOON OF SAUCE ON THE WINGS. LIKE THEY TRIED TO AVOID IT ALL TOGETHER.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY. AND I gave them a TIP. For what???

Pizza is under cooked and has no taste. We haven’t ordered pizza here for at least 6 months because of this situation. Nothing has changed.

Horrible ingredients. No flavor from sauce or cheese. 4 small slices of pepperoni . Personal pan, inside doughie outside crust well done. Salad bar not bad, fresh lettuce. Very old and worn building inside and out.Lost their beer license!! How’s a restaurant lose its beer license??!! Will not recommend or be returning.

The pizza is good. Kinda skimpy with the toppings. I ordered two extra dipping sauce. So one comes with it tek extra is three total. Math is hard. Way over cooked bread sticks. No way they didn’t notice. Looked at burnt sticks and sent them anyways. Pic for reference.
