We had the worst service today. We go in got seated by a very nice young lady she asked what we wanted to drink we ask for 3 beers she said we had to wait for the older lady to come out the bathroom and serve them we said ok no problem, the older lady comes out she tells her “i need help with beers” she rudely says “well there gonna have to wait cuz i have a lot of orders”, went straight to the kitchen and a minute later comes out and tells the girl “stop sitting people im busy”. So we decided to get up and leave. Not only is she rude to customers but we’ve seen her be super rude to her employees. Let me just add that every time we go there we spend a good amount of money on food and drinks.

Drove throught this city when picking up some cows, best pizza from pizza hit we have ever had! We did the $10 and large and they loaded the toppings on! Super fresh and baked just right!

Horrible Customer Service! We came in a large group and were all crowded in the hallway waiting to be seated. One lady came out and rudely told us she needed to get past us to get in a cooler rather than just seating us so we weren’t in her way. When they finally got to us and asked what we needed I said we needed a table for 5 and a table for 6 and I got “ok go ahead and find a table. A server will be with you when we can. We’re a little busy if you can’t tell!” We walked out and went down the street to Sweden Cream.

Not great. My order is almost always wrong, there’s no point in using the app cuz it always says this location is closed, and you’re not allowed to use your points in store so now I’ve got all these points I’m not allowed to even use, over the last few years I’ve had hundreds of rewards points expire cuz the app says the store is closed all the time and they won’t let you use the points for carry out, buying a frozen pizza from the grocery store is a better option

The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite when I called to order. I did not have to wait when I got there! The atmosphere seemed good, and they serve beer now!

Staff was nice but a little frazzled. Food was not. I had boneless wings and they were kinda soggy and bland. Salad was also very mediocre. Cheese sticks were decent.

I’m not going back. Imperial was my favorite Pizza Hut. The cheese is awful! Loved the cheesy breadsticks as they were before the change of cheese. I am so sad as it tastes like it’s invitation cheese not melty and stringy like it was before.

We showed up at 15 minutes till the dinning room closed. We were a big group. We asked if they would serve us. They were very accommodating and very nice to let us stay and eat. Food was great, Clean inviting restaurant. Looking forward to the remodel.

Great service. Great pizza. This location has had issues with both in past years. Currently, they have a great crew who seem to enjoy their work, who are knowledgeable, and who seem to like working with the public.
