The buffet was (and has always been) excellent. The salad bar and the pizza choices were just what I wanted. EDIT/ADDITION to this review I left a year or more ago. Yesterday we revisited, and ordered from the menu rather than buffet. We used to like p’zones (calzones) but they’re discontinued, replaced with melts… and we liked them even better. Thinner crisper crusts, more filling. Their 2 meals for $20 was a great special with 2 salads (regularly $4.50 each) and 2 melts (regularly $8 each), and the melts are huge – 2 very large halves (I brought one home).
By the way, the service has always been truly excellent every time we’ve eaten here, but we always visit early.. have never gone in the evening. I know, like everywhere, they’ve been short-staffed, so the complaints I see are possibly due to this.

Absolutely terrible service. Our waitress was clueless and truly had zero people skills. The only time she was even close to being normal was when I told her jokingly her tip would be $500

I ordered an 8 piece boneless medium wing and and 8 piece boneless hot wing. Picked it up and drove home, sat down to eat and this is what I got. Do you see what’s missing? Looks like they put a baby spoonful of sauce on one wing. Super dissatisfied. Looks like you can’t leave the place without making sure that you’re getting hot wings and not chicken nuggets. Ridiculous.

Terrible service and food. Ordered take out waited 39 minutes for pizza and fries. If you complain.. They will cut you off so you cant order. Yep.

This is a great Hut. They buffet is large and well stocked. On this trip, we got there just before they were closing the buffet down, so they weren’t restocking it, but there was still a good selection. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is great. We really love this Hut.

Tried to order delivery, ended up waiting almost two hours because the driver “forgot” to pick up my order. Called and was told I’d get 10% off my total order. $5 off some stale, cold pizza and all I had to do was wait for two hours? Can’t think of a better deal!

Very friendly customer service. They have a buffet on Tuesdays and Thursdays and I’ve never had it but it looks amazing. If you like hot wings order their buffalo style hot. You will not regret it

It was a pretty busy Saturday by the time we left, but we waited over 15 minutes just to be greeted by one of the 4 employees who walked right past us, and another 5 to be seated at one of over half a dozen empty tables. We weren’t given menus, just told to help ourselves at the buffet. Not a single pizza was warm, but the pasta was good. We didn’t receive drinks until after we were done eating. I’ll do takeout, maybe, but won’t dine in again.

Decorated for holidays. Very busy. They were out of personal size pizza till Wednesday they thought. Service was fine. Didn’t get our pineapple we asked to add to pizza.
We went in to use the certificates or kids get at school but we couldn’t use them because they didn’t have the personal size pizzas.
Over all the pizzas and bread sticks were good. They also had the salad bar open. Dine in specials on board.
