I usually have a pleasant experience. This was not one of those times. Our order was 3 LG pizzas, one order of bread sticks and a house salad.after ordering, it took an 1 hour and 15 to receive or meal. During that time, my little one said she needed to go potty. She is potty training. Awesome! We head to the bathroom and both were out of service. So because she is training and actually requested the potty, I took her and ran across the highway to subway to use their restroom. It was just a difficulty that didn’t need to happen. I dont like to give shabby reviews, but the bathroom situation had me baffled.

This has been our go to Pizza Hut for quite some time. Probably since the buffet shut down in Grand Island, which was originally our favorite location.
The staff here are always absolutely kind and super fast with orders and drinks.
The food is also made very well too, and there hasn’t been really any lapse in quality food wise either. We literally drive completely out of our way sometimes though to get to this location.

I order 3 pizzas with hand tossed crust. and wings. This was a take-out order . they called me back and stated they only had one hand tossed crust. so i switched the other 2 to thin crust an pan pizza. I went to pick them up and they changed the price and charged extra for the pan pizza. its not my fault they ran out of dough. they should of gave me the price for the hand tossed. My bad for not being forceful. next time i wont be a push over

Wow the first time I ordered food the service was amazing never had a problem these last two times I have gone they mess up, like it’s not hard at all to read an order or even listen to a customer I’ve worked at Pizza Hut before Ik what I like. Well the one in minden use to get our orders correct last week not only did we not get the type of pizza we ordered but they LOST Our order! how do u do that? and then tonight ugh…… probably never going back to this one here, even asking the kids specifically if the garlic butter would be on my hand tossed when I picked it up thus he told me yes it would be, but pick up my order and hell no it’s not . Seriously how hard is it to listen to your customers must be really hard since they even lied to me, literally walked out after checking my order and said this is pathetic.

It’s a very friendly and helpful Pizza Hut. The food is very good but it’s ypur standard consistent fare you expect at Pizza Hut, which its not my favorite place for Pizza. We did get wings and usually do. This visit we had boneless wings which are good. Their bone in wings are delicious. They just are a little pricey. Wish they had meal deals with the bone in wings. The atmosphere at Pizza Hit there is decent, newly remodeled, clean.

The food was very good. I don’t have any issues with the food. I did have an issue with staff disrespecting me. I use to work at this location and had left. I went in almost a year after I had left for a nice dinner with my husband, and I could hear one of their managers discussing me in a way that I did not find appropriate. I heard what she was saying from the back of the dining room, so it was said very loudly. I did get an apology from the gm, however I felt it would have been appropriate for the manager who had been speaking about me to apologize.

These folks here are busting butts trying to make orders with so little staffing today. The servers there appear to be going back and forth, helping someone in the kitchen with making orders. Katy, I think, well, she has been one that I remember. I saw the other, too, just didn’t catch their name. Look, with all four working hard to do the job, I hope District and Regional take notice. The food service industry is not for the faint of heart. And this crew has proven themselves! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR WORK.

Stopped while traveling through, very impressed with the fast and friendly service and the pizza/sandwich we ordered was great. Also amazed we only spent $13 to feed two adults. Restrooms and building were clean and updated. Also thought it was cool we saw they have 3 beer options on tap. We’ll be back next time we’re out this way!
