Under the new management, this store has really taken a turn for the best!! The crew is friendly and professional. The food is hot and amazing. And the first thing I noticed when I decided to give the store another try was how fast and accurate my order was! It had always been and hour or longer in the past, and now, ready and correct in 20 minutes. My family has truly enjoyed the amazing change and effort. It’s a ☆clean☆ and family friendly environment inside, and they even have a drive through!! Will definitely be eating here more often!!!

Stopped in to order and pick up pizza and Breadstick. Ordered medium meat lovers, took back to motel it was a plain cheese pizza. Called back asap put me on hold and then told me they would call me back. Never called back to make it right. Poor service!!! Called again didn’t answer the phone. We even gave a two tip, for what??? Never again tipping a pick up order!!! Which is as wrong pizza.

Ever since they got new management and fired everybody, got a new team, their food has not only tasted like dog food, but every single time we order, they mess up the order. Usually they’re pretty good about making it up, but this time the person i was talking to literally put the phone down while I was talking, and when someone else picked up the phone, they didn’t even care. They didn’t offer anything, they were just like “What am I supposed to do”. I don’t know, maybe compensate? Make the pizza right? This is the sixth time this has happened IN A ROW.

My brother ordered a pizza on line. Absolutely horrible!!! The crust was burnt and there was very little sauce on it. The puzza was hard, and could not even chew it. For $22. I thought we would get better. Won’t be ordering from there again!

Love the food. Sometimes the wait for food is a little ridiculous, but other then that it’s great. Only real complaint I have is that when I pick up my food it’s never hot it’s just warm. I use the drive thru because I have a toddler and it’s just easier than having to lug him in and out of the car

I placed a delivery order. It took 2 hours for them to send it out for delivery. Apparently, they didn’t have a driver, so they used Door Dash, who sent it out with a driver named Hector, who couldn’t find my address. When I called to tell him how to get to my address, he spoke no English. I called Pizza Hut and was put on hold over 18 minutes until I had to get in my car and go to Pizza Hut to complain. They took no responsibility for it. Saying they had no driver and had to use door dash. I asked for a corporate number, which they conveniently did not have. This is not my problem! I’m a customer! They need to notify a customer if they are having problems. The management didn’t care and said it wasn’t their problem! Really?? You’re offering a service and failed miserably and don’t care?? And then tell me to contact Door Dash??? What a way to offer service and hold yourself accountable!! Never again!! Pizza Hut can stick it as far as I’m concerned.

BBQ was not spread even over pizza was blobs of BBQ .
Cinnamon sticks does not even taste like Cinnamon.
The alarms for the drive through window was screening the whole time.
No ventilation in for the smoke.
We just wated to eat and get out.

I had trouble ordering online to redeem my rewards points. Both the shift manager and general manager tried to help me. In the end, I received my free item. Their service was appreciated. The business was neat and clean and friendly. It was the noon hour and people were beginning to come in to eat and pickup.
