Very slow, 1 of 2 meals came out before salad. Salads took 35 minutes. 4 other customers got food before us we even got a salad and we were here long before them. Very disappointed and will not be back

The food is always good. The staff is usually super friendly and acknowledging. The atmosphere is fun, welcoming, and open. They have a salad bar and regular bar.

The food was great! But we were most impressed with the service we received. Our waitress was friendly and on top of her game! Even boxed up our leftovers for us…. it’s been FOREVER since anyone’s done that! A nice young man from the back came out and asked how everything was and if we needed anything. The pizza came out fast and was delicious. We really enjoyed our date night! 🙂

I have eaten here several times and usually have a great experience. Tonight was horrible. The waitress forgot we were even there then when she took our order she acted like she had no idea what we were talking about she repeated the order to us 4 times forgetting parts of the order everytime which was 2 salads bread stricks and a large pizza. It took forever to get our salads when they did bring them to us they didn’t bring forks we had to go ask fo some. When our pizza finally got to us it wasn’t even what we ordered. We were not the only ones to have our order messed up so were the customers next to us. They dropped several things on the floor most of them were food items and the didn’t clean it up till some one slipped on dressing. The waitress went outside and stood in the rain when she finally came it she shook like a dog and flung water all over. Then as we were eating asked us to cash out before we were even done and before she had even brought us the check and they were still open for another two and a half hours. There were more workers in there then there were customers and not of them acted as if they were in charge. This experience was horrible. There needs to be some serious training happen at this location.

Normally we love this place but tonight was the worst service I’ve ever had Herr we had to tell the waitress our order 4 times then it took her 10 minutes to figure out how to put the order in then another 10 minutes just to make a salad they totally messed up the pizza order not just ours but another customer as well then the waitress we outside and stood in the rain and came back in and shook like a dog and flung water everywhere they dropped sever things and then just stood there and looked like they had no idea what to do they left spilled ranch dressing on the floor most of the time we were here until 1 of them slipped in it and decided to clean it up then they asked us to cash out before we were even done eating and hadn’t even brought us a check yet worst experience at this location I’ve ever had absolutely no supervision not 1 person seemed to be in charge there were at least 5 employees in the place and not 1 seemed to know what they were doing we usually I will definitely be contacting whoever manages this location I would have called them directly at the time and had them come see for themselves but they only list the store number or you have to email them so I will definitely be emailing them I’ve never seen anything like what I saw tonight especially at this location

I am not one to normally leave a review but would like someone who cares to see. I was very disappointed in the customer service today. I always enjoy bringing my kids in for a warm, welcoming atmosphere in St Paul. That was not the case today. I never heard a thank you or saw a smile once from the waitress or manager on duty. Next time in town, we will go elsewhere.

I ordered a big box dinner for carry out for the family. The food was ready when we got there, and stayed hot during our drive home (we live 30 miles away). The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. We will be going back to this location in the future.
