We placed our order around 7:45 pm. It was a late evening and obviously no one wanted to cook, so pizza it is. First off the app tracker does not work, which of course does not apply to this review. ETA for our order was 25-35 minutes. We wait almost 2 hours, with no updates until almost 9 pm. Pizza didn’t arrive until 9:40 at which point it was lukewarm. The driver didn’t even hand deliver it, just set it on the front step. No knock, no doorbell.

Most recent order was March 22. Order was scheduled to be picked up at 5:50 PM. Photos are of the pizzas they served me for my order at 7:23 PM. Unacceptable.
(My previous review) Easy to order online. Waited in drive through 5 minutes, no one came. Parked and walked to the front door – it was locked, saw employees inside. Was ignored. Ended up walking through the drive through. Waited another 2-3 minutes. Employee said they were short staffed. Gave minimum interaction. Food was decent.

God, awful service, time kept changing for the delivery. Try to call customer service several times was on hold forever. Then when a guy answered, he wasn’t from here, I tried to explain to him that I had to work in the morning, and I couldn’t wait forever, he simply said, we have one driver. That’s all we’ve ever had, and that he would get it out in the next 20 to 30 minutes. I had already been waiting over an hour. I simply said, don’t you guys use DoorDash to fill in you charge for a delivery anyway? Then he started getting it’s pretty irate with me. We’ll never use this location again. Poor customer service

Ordered a pizza on the app, told it would be 40 minutes, drove up, pizza isn’t made, multiple pissed off customers inside the store, and we were told it would be another 40 minutes. Left and tried calling to cancel order. Was put on hold for 20 minutes, they never did answer. So I said screw, they can make the pizza and eat it themselves for all I care.

Ordered a bunch of food to be delivered. Waited patiently for almost two hours before trying to call and figure out where my food was. No answer on the phone conveniently. Waited another hour and tried calling again and got an answer that they didn’t even receive my online order. Super special that they couldn’t even look up my order confirmation number that was given because of some stupid excuse. I used to order online quite often, can say I will never return to your pizza brand or locations. Thanks for nothing!! Half or piece of star at best!!!!

I would give negative stars if I could. Worst experience ever. Ordered pizza on the app at 7:34 pm. App said would be done in 20 mins. Drive to store and pull up to the window. Wait 5 mins for someone to open the window as they were standing there the entire time I was waiting. I give the name for the order and I got told that they were very busy as there was a Nebraska football game on tonight and that there was also some sporting event in Kearney tonight as well that brought an extra 2000 people to town. Person tells me that it will be another 40 mins before my order is ready. I was kind and said I would come back. I went back promptly 40 mins later. Again wait 5 or more mins before someone opened the window. Person tells me that my order was in the oven and would be ready shortly. I paid for the order and he asked me to pull into a parking stall and he would bring it out to me. It is now 9:00 pm at this point. I park in the stall and have to watch the Nebraska football on my cell phone. At 9:30 pm I still did not have my order. I got out of my car and walked into the building. I asked for my order from someone other that the person at the window. This new person proceeds to the warmer by the drive thru window and pulls my order out. Brings me my order. Receipt on top of the box clearly shows the order was made at 7:34 pm. It was exactly 9:34 pm when I got back in my car to take my order home. I got home with my order and it was very clear to me that my order had been done and out of the oven for quite some time. My pizza cheese was hard, and the crust was chewy. Not only was the experience horrible but so was the pizza. My family will never return to this pizza hut ever again. I can burn a cardboard pizza in my oven and get a much better pizza. I don’t think that the original person that I spoke with knew what he was talking about. I believe that my order was ready long before my second time asking for it. Waste of time and money.

Do NOT order from this location! First pizza as you can see, all the toppings are on one side and not fully cooked. It was not slid either you can see it was baked this way. The white garlic sauce is curdled. Next we ordered on the app over 3 hours in advance and they got the order out 20 minutes late. Last, for a family of four spending $43 on two pizzas that’s 1/3 of our normal weekly grocery budget, when we choose to spend a little extra on eating out we’re careful who we spend our money with. Pizza Hut will not be getting anymore money from us. Also, I will be seeking a refund.

I ordered a pickup, when I got to the window and paid for my food the guy said he would check to see where my order was. I waited 5 minutes. The guy came back and said it would be 3 min. I said okay. Another 5 minutes, another guy came to the window and said my food hadn’t even been put in the oven so it would be 7 to eight minutes before it was done. It has now been 15 minutes and still no food!!!

Got a supreme pizza. Said be 20 minutes. It was over 30. They Called me after 20 and said they had no mushrooms and wanted to know if wanted anything else. Just told them double the veggies. $27 for a pizza. Couldn’t really see many veggies, nor alone extra. Very disappointed for $27. Will not be going back soon. Son said I needed to use the App. Ha. Not doing that.

This might’ve been one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had submitted an order at 6:18 pm and the app said it’d be done at 6:48 I got there at 6:45 and someone came to the carry out window at 6:48 he proceeded to ask the name I gave that to him and he gave me a heads up that they only had 2 cooks tonight didn’t say how long it was going to take after that they had someone walk in he said he was going to help them and that he would be back I told him okay he helped the other customer and while he was with them another employee asked me if I had been helped I told her yes and she walked and got me a card good for 1 free large pizza and asked me to park in a stall and they’d bring it out to me as time went on many other vehicles came through the drive thru some left with food others just left 4 other vehicles that had parked next to me at different times all had received their food before me getting irritated as time went on waiting for food knowing my 1 year old was waiting for me to get home with supper I went in 3 different times asking on it and managed to get past an hour before it finally even made it to the oven the 3rd time I was going in to ask for a refund they said they just got it in the oven and it was going to be roughly 20 minutes so I went back to my car and waited I left there with our food at 8:04 and by the time I got home my little guy was almost asleep so I had to wake him back up get him to eat and try to get a quick bath in before having to put his brace on him for bed.
