Some Individuals simply place orders and obstruct the line. The appropriate course of action would be to place your order, proceed to the front of the line, and create space for individuals who have already placed their orders to pickup and get out. This behavior is highly inconsiderate.

Beautiful place, but the service left me disheartened
I want to start by saying the Pizza Hut location itself is lovely—clean, welcoming, and visually appealing. It’s clear that care was put into making the space enjoyable for customers.
Unfortunately, my experience at the register was far from warm. The woman with purple hair who handed me my carryout order was noticeably rude. No greeting, no courtesy—just a cold handoff that made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest.
Even more upsetting was how she treated two elderly ladies who came in to dine. Instead of welcoming them, she abruptly asked if they were dining in and told them, “You need to wait,” in a tone that felt dismissive and impatient.
I truly hope management addresses this. A beautiful space deserves a team that treats every customer with kindness and respect.

The best way to eat pizza is in house,hot and fresh no box. You just can’t beat a fresh pan fry pizza.

I usually like pizza hut over domino’s… buuuuttttt I went yesterday to get pizza an felt unwelcome walked in seen two people just walk by not saying anything to me. So im standing there for someone to say anything hi welcome in we’ll be right with u.. nothing so I left an went to domino’s.. if I could I’d give minus stars. They lost out on a 50 dollar order an I won’t go back. I’d rather buy pizza from the store before I return to pizza hut. So disappointed

Traveling through town late and ordered a pizza. I got forwarded to a call center to place the order, I didn’t get the correct order but it was hot and not greasy. However, what was really not ok was that they obviously pieced the pizza from multiple pizzas. Luckily, we’ll never need to eat here again.

Don’t eat here too often. Got son a book it ordered it and ordered a big dinner box. They messed up the topping in the book it no big deal. Fixed it right then and there very nice man at the window. Got home and opened pizza and looked like they forgot the cheese.
Wasn’t going to call or post but when you pay $30 for some pizza shouldn’t have to order extra cheese to get a complete topping. Both pizza were this way. Quality control not so good. Hopefully next time get a better product if we go back anytime soon.

On April 1 at approximately 2pm I stopped in for lunch. Not another person in the place. Should have left then. Lunch was ok. My server was Anna. After lunch I had removed my appliance from my mouth to clean between my teeth. I mistakenly forgot to pick it up when I was through and left. Around 3:30 I realized I had forgotten to pick it up. Went back to see if they found it and she said yes so I asked if I could have it and she said they threw it away, didn’t know what it was. Anyone could take a quick glance and see the teeth attached to it. She then went in the back for a few minutes came back out and said no they threw it away. Maybe they thought they had gold in them. Trust me they didn’t and would only fit the rest of my teeth in my lower jaw. To make a long story short, I’m out a lot of money. If they did keep them , they would only help me. I guarantee i will never be back in that place.

Went in to enjoy an order at 10:40 (website said open til 12:00am) waited 5 min for someone to come out of the back. Kid took our order and made it to-go and proceeded to kick us out the door telling us they close the lobby at 11:00pm. This is the 2nd time we have tried this place and the previous time they messed up a simple Canadian bacon pizza. I will never step place in there ever again. Nothing was said when we were ordering and the kid was rude. I would not even give them 1 star.
