We came in while passing through West Point, memories of eating at pizza huts from our youth. Didn’t disappoint staff and manager were extremely accommodating and polite. Food was good and hot. Great place to stop.

Ordered 2 pizzas today. Pizza lacked flavor and again the pizza was basically raw. So, once again we had to doctored up the pizza and cook it. I recommend adding flavor and turning up the oven.
This is the 2nd time we have ordered and nothings improved. Will not order again.

Ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizzas, Cinnabons, and two orders chocolate donuts. The donuts had none of the sugary stuff on them. They were cooked way to long. They were hard and dried out. Half of them were busted up and laying in the container.. how do they serve this??

Customer service was terrible. I ordered online and went for a pickup. I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledge me. The place was not even busy(not a shocker) the cashier was rude. Disregarded me even standing there. Walked passed me probably 10-11 times before saying anything to me. Pizza was incorrect and not all the way cooked. 10/01/2023 at 2:09pm was when I visited this location. Never will come here again.

Horrible customer service! I have never left a review on a place. No one answers the phone, after multiple attempts. So I ordered pizza online and went to pick up and stood there for several minutes before even greeted by a worker. 1 worker walked by multiple times. I 100% know she was busy but having a little smile or customer service goes a long ways. Simply say “be right with you” or something simple in that nature. This was not at a busy time of the day either so not like the place was packed. I will be ordering at Pizza Ranch or Casey’s from this point forward
