Placed order online for delivery. Order was delivered and we were missing a large pizza. I called “local phone number” which is actually a call center. No one could help me and said they were transferring me to the local store, next person answers and again says this is a call center and transfers me. This continued to happen 7 times. I was then given a 1-800 number which is useless and tell you to contact local store. Good luck you can’t actually talk to local store.

This is a great location, delivered in a timely manner. Food shows up hot fresh and delicious. I have ordered from here about 10 times and never got a bad meal. The delivery drivers have been well mannered and always seem to have a smile on their face. I would definitely recommend this location. A+

God help you if you make a online order and need to change or cancel it! App or phone gets you knowwhere, just a running loop advertising when you call the local number, done with pizza hut when you can’t talk to a real person

Food was really good. Not much for pepperoni pizza but everybody else wanted it and it was good. Also had cheese bread. An excellent day for us enjoyed our time here. It was very quiet and went between lunch and dinner

Order pizzas online at 4:40pm for supper and requested a 5:30pm pick up. Arrived to pick up and twenty minutes later (5:50) still no order. I was told they were backed up due to a large order before mine. Asked for my money back and waited another 5-8 minutes. I was sitting in the drive through from 5:30pm to 5:55pm. I received my money back but I would have liked to have my order since it was for supper. I do not believe they had even started the order when I asked for my money back. If my order would have been ready by 5:55pm I would have taken it but I was tired of waiting. I received my money back and left. I’m thinking they were not staffed to handle a Thursday evening. Very disappointed.

Arrived 30 minutes after they opened to have the buffet they offer at lunch. Ahead of us was a group of high school students for the same offer. I watched as one student filled his plate heaped, brought it to his seat, then return and fill another plate filled with bread sticks and then a third plate with food before starting to eat. None of the staff members did or said any thing to him about hoarding the food which was limited since they were still bringing out the first round of food for the day and didn’t have a lot of food out. I wasn’t the only one inconvenienced by this. I returned my drink and told them to take my buffet off the bill. I wasn’t going to wait for more selection and basically ruined my whole lunch. I did mention it when I paid for my sons lunch. I will most likely not be returning there anytime soon.

Pizza Hut was very busy today and my order to go was way late. The man who waited on me was so kind and courteous and went out of his way to apologize. I had to cancel my order but he kindly refunded my money and gave me part of my order for free A frazzled staff, working hard to keep up, did their best to make sure I didn’t leave feeling bad about the place. Thanks for are your hard work and kindness.

Large Supreme was over cooked but waited almost 45 minutes for order. Cheese bread, salad looked good but had the hard center of the lettuce mixed in, chicken parmesan sandwich was so hard could barely eat it. And it cost a fortune. $48
