We ordered a large super supreme pizza @ 3.P.M. To be picked up at 6:30 when my husband went to get it he was told they did not have it and no record of it. So I called I requested that they make a new one. They did not want to but did. When my husband picked it up and brought it home it was covered with jalapeño peppers. Since I already had issues we ate it, I pulled the peppers off but they must had added the hot juice also and now I am sick to my stomach. Why….If I could I would give this store a negative number. We have had issues with this store before but never said anything. However, this is too much and all I can say is don’t eat here. I sent an email to the customer care email listed below on other complaints.

Ordered online. Was told it would be ready in 35 mins. Get there, pay. Then get told it’ll be another 20 mins. Leave go back in 20 mins only to be told it’ll be ANOTHER 25 mins bec of the order before ours. Was longer than 25 mins. Second time this unorganized behaviour has happened at this location. Unacceptable and ridiculous.

Do you guys really charge this much for a tiny little ranch cup and the new tiny marinara sauce cups? That is such a rip off. One sauce cup isn’t even enough for one order of bread sticks now that you made them smaller. Seriously, $1.44 for 45 calories of marinara sauce?? And that’s all you get with an order of breadsticks? And $1.60 for a side of ranch dip? Ridiculous.

I would give it a 0 if I could. Had an online order and it shows it was ready for pick up so drove out to pick it up. When I showed up they said I had to wait another 40 mins. Did not get a phone or text or anything that they were behind. Will not be going back.in total they wanted me to wait 80 mins for an order ..

Disappointing Service, Decent Pizza
Visited from out of state on a Saturday night at 7:30 with high hopes, but the experience didn’t quite deliver. We waited to be seated (the only guests in the dining room), then waited again to place an order. Requested appetizer ahead of pizza which the waitress acknowledged she would try to accommodate but then she forgot to place. She offered to put in the order and comp but there was no follow-through.
The hand-tossed pizza had to be substituted for pan pizza due to crust shortage and while good, also took a long time to receive, but helped salvage the visit. The overall experience lacked basic customer service skills and ambience for an enjoyable dining experience. There seems to be tremendous opportunity for staff training to ensure guests feel acknowledged and valued from start to finish.

Not a very positive experience at the local Pizza Hut. I called from 5 miles outside of town five different times and the phone would continue to ring and no one picked up. When I went in to order my pizza the same thing, I heard the phone ring on two separate occasions for at least a minute and a half before anyone picked up.
There were two other people in the restaurant, it was not that busy. My pizza was good and came out after about 25 minutes for me to take home but ordering was not a pleasant experience.

Service was awful. The waitress made it very obvious that she didn’t want to be there and she forgot to put in half of the food order even tho we were the only customers. And when the food did arrive it was very mid and not worth the money in my opinion.

We have bought pizzas here a handful of times, they have been pretty good, only reason for the 4 stars is because every time we have gone inside to place the order, the place looks more like someone’s house than a restaurant (a lot of employees hoodies, personal items and other things on the tables and around the place) they just put a sign to say dine in is closed due to staff shortage which we understand but I believe that’s not a reason to have the place like that, they should still try to hold the restaurant image
