Woman behind counter who I think is the manager is working on her time. Finishing conversations with fellow employees before helping customers or behind wall on computer being completely unaware of customers waiting for food. I ordered a side of cheese sticks and was given what appears to be cheese sticks cut out of a pizza crust rather than actual cheese sticks. They taste the same so that is not the issue. The issue is the sticks are definitely smaller than the expected size. I also received no warning about the size. I called and was given a future credit, to be fair. However, I do think it’s silly that a manager (I think) would be completely unaware that they are out of ingredient and would hand obviously lower quality product out as if it were like any other food Pizza Hut has. 2 stars is because of the refund given.

Living in the meat lovers pizza ask him not to put the Italian sausage on there but the replace it with the ground beef and I believe there was no extra ground beef. And the price for the pizza was way too much.

Yesterday I babysat some of my grandchildren and as lunchtime rolled around I asked how they might like pizza and a soda. Unanimously, they were all for it. I could not pick it up so requested delivery. The pizzas were amazing and in asking for plates and cups I forgot to say how many. However they got the amount perfectly and napkins too. The delivery man was a perfect example of great customer service. He was kind and smiling and made our experience perfect. Thank you Pizza Hut. These are the things that make for great memories.

Had a set time for 8:30 pm for my order to be at the house . It is now 900 pm and I’m still waiting for my order. I pretipped. I asked for the manager and wanted my tip refund back. Manager said no because it was an “estimated time” …. Why set a time if you aren’t going to abide by it? Never will I get Pizza Hut again. Now I will be very cautious about pretipping.

They give you the wrong pizza multiple times, and when you ask for extra sauce they act like it’s the end of the world. If you do still order from here make sure you check your pizza before you leave or before they leave your door step when they deliver

I ordered a pizza here and they gave me the completely wrong pizza drove home after pickup realized this at home. Drove back for my new pizza and they gave me nothing in return all I asked for was a premium ranch sauce and they gave me their crappy ranch.

Waited in their lobby, standing, for almost 40 minutes for my order. Crust on my pizza was not thin as I ordered. It’s been 20 years since I’ve had Pizza Hut….probably won’t give them another try. Plenty of other pizza places in town. Don’t bother with them!!!!

Very kind. I ordered a dinner box with fries, and ended up not receiving fries and the breadsticks were switched when it was delivered. I wasn’t worried because accidents happen and I probably didn’t need to be eating fries anyway lol. But I got a call from Pizza Hut asking if everything went okay with my order because they were short staffed, and when I let them know what was missing the person on the phone was extremely kind and apologetic and offered to send it out or put in credit for me. Accidents happen and I know how difficult it can be to work short-staffed and I was amazed that they took the initiative to make sure everything was okay! Very kind and thank you!
