Ordered online a little early for dinner. The order was complete and on time. Pizza was just as one could expect. The employee I interacted with was efficient and accurate. Only issue was the construction on the street outside by the city, but not overly difficult. It has been awhile since I had ordered from Pizza Hut, but I will be ordering again.

Very rude lady, walked in and I saw my order was ready on the screen. I spoke up and introduced myself so they’d know which one was my order. She ignored me completely. I then chalked it off as maybe she didn’t hear me. My brother then ordered wings which she said would be ready in 15 minutes. 3 minutes later the wings were made by a kind employee who then tried to give my brother the order of wings but the lady rudely took the wings and shouted at her staff saying that we’d have to wait. When the kind employee said he made them fast because no one was preparing wings at the moment she very rudely degraded the kind employee. She had them make ANOTHER order of wings just to make us wait out of spite.

Order pizza and Cheesesticks tonight for carry out on app got there and cheesesticks were not done because they forgot about them. So had to wait another 15 minutes for Cheesesticks pizza was under cooked cheesestick maybe over cooked or not cheesesticks. By the time I got home pizza was cold. Currently waiting on them to remake my pizza. Ordered a pepperoni pizza stuffed crust. Had no sauce in the center of the pizza and was paper thin and rock hard. Called the store to have them fix it and the guy responded with “Well what do you want me to do about it?” Obviously i want an edible pizza because i chose to spend my money with your store. Most definitely will be ordering from a different company. Btw ordered the first pizza around 7:17pm, called at 8:07pm, waiting for an edible pizza now 2 hours and 30 minutes after ordering.

The employee was very rude and disrespectful all we asked was why our food hadn’t arrived after an hour of waiting. Apparently the “call center” took our order and mistakenly told us that the delivery would take 15 minutes. She then proceeded to tell us that we must have misunderstood and explained to us how we were in the wrong and not the company. Very bad customer service and should not be answering phone calls with an immediate attitude like she did. Not to mention they let our first phone call ring all the way through until it automatically hung up on us. Very horrible service. Will not be revisiting ever again. God fathers is the way to go everytime

This was the WORST pizza order I have EVER received! One star is WAY TOO much. The estimated delivery time on the website was 30-40 minutes(It took almost 1 1/2 hours). They forgot the wings(when they finally brought them, they had put the wings ON TOP of the sauce AND they were cold). BOTH pizzas were not only cold and leathery but they had forgotten to put ANY sauce on one of the pizzas even though it was ordered with the regular amount of sauce(how do you forget to put sauce on a pizza?). The other pizza was ordered with EXTRA CHEESE(at an extra charge) and barely had ANY cheese. They offered to remake the order but we had three small children wanting to eat and waiting another hour and a half was not a viable option. There was not a SINGLE thing that was correct with the order. Pathetic!
