We come here all the time. Finished a basketball game and 2 of come in… get greeted by some punk kid… he asks what we want… we said food… he said snottily done in or carry out… we said dine in… it was 9:28pm… the kid said, well make it quick cuz we close in 30 minutes… so we said, now we’ll take our business and elsewhere because of that attitude. Taco Bell got the business instead.

If you want the old time vibe of Pizza Hut, this is the best one around. The pizza taste like Pizza Hut from the 90s. Just get the personal pan or a deep dish. You can sit in this one and it has the same look and feel of the ones from the 90s. People that work here are always kind and friendly.

This store might be setting records for inefficiency. 2+hrs to receive the wrong food not once, but twice. Ordered at 6:47. Received at 8:53. They sent out a chicken ranch melt and then over 2 hrs later they send this cold offering as the replacement. Does this look like a meat lover’s melt with jalapenos? Mgr was nice and refunded but people please. At this point you’re making the rest of us feel dumb .

Always a hit or miss. Ordered wings for my teenagers and our wing count included broken/cut pieces for the wing count. For the cost a whole wing should be given or multiple cut pieces to “make a whole wing “. When I spoke to the manager about it her response was “Unfortunately I don’t have control over how the chickens are raised/grown”. I replied with well the bones are cut. It’s cut in half. “Unfortunately I don’t have control over how the factory cuts them”. It is crazy how customers get spoke to sometimes. Someone made the choice of serving nugget sized BONE-IN wings. Also the restaurants prices do not match the Pizza Hut app that is linked to their store. You would think when linked to this store the prices would be the same. I was sent more wings but still had small broken pieces. ♀️

This place needs some serious help. I wish that I read reviews before placing an online order for delivery. We ordered some food and drinks. After an hour passed I was wondering if our food was going to be late. 1 hour and 15 minutes passed by and so I called. Somebody answered after several rings and then when I explained why I was calling, they put me on hold without saying anything. I called back around 15 minutes later and nobody answered. The next time I called it was close to 2 hours since my order was placed and it sounded like someone else answered, but they did not say anything to me again once I said why I was calling. We proceeded to order food from somewhere else because we didn’t know when or if we would get our food. We ended up getting our food close to 3 hours later. The pizza was about room temperature and part of our order was forgotten. The delivery guy said that he would go back to get the rest of the order. Thankfully he kept his word and brought the rest of our order not too much later. The food tasted pretty good and the driver that delivered our food at least apologized for how long it took. If the orders were far behind or there were a shortage or employees, then the least that they could have done was explain that. Something needs to be done..unfortunately if we are in the area again though..I do not see us taking another chance by ordering food from here.

The waiter we had at 9:50 pm was one of the most rudest and most disrespectful servers we have ever had. My son went to sit his menu down on the table next to him and she had the nerve to rip it out of his hands and yell at him to not sit down the menu on the table. She has some nerve to talk to a child like that. How can you have someone serve who has no personality and that can treat people they way she did. We were so happy to see a Pizza Hut open since ours closed down. This one obviously needs to close as well or reconsider who you hire

Try to do a little better with the contents inside the box, Pizza Hut.Treat it as if it were a fresh, hot out of the oven pizza. I get its football season and all but use a football instead geessh lol. It still tasted good so that’s a plus.

Generally I do Domino’s Pizza and I’ll order double toppings. But there isn’t one in Nebraska City, so I decided to patron this place and give it a shot.
The pizza looks pretty darn good, well cooked and even tasted good.
Now comes the issue. I ordered double toppings on a meat pizza and it cost me just over $48 with a tip in hopes that they would actually give me double toppings.
I was mistaken. This large pizza weighed less than a medium Domino’s pizza with double toppings. In fact it looked like it only had single toppings, which really kind of pisses me off. When staff takes advantage of the customer like that that’s just not right.
I will never frequent this place ever again. And I would suggest anybody looking to get the value for your money doesn’t do so either. This was just plain sad. I feel like I’ve been robbed.
UPDATE: MGMT contacted me regarding this visit and has made the situation right.
The pizza was cooked very well and did taste very good. As I did not comment regarding the atmosphere the first time, it is a quaint little place and was clean. By far this is the quickest response by an owner that I’ve ever had. Thanks again for your time.

Ordered a pizza for delivery Took over 2 hours. Said it would take an hour. Called after an hour and ten minutes. Called again after 1 1/2 hours. Got free pizza but still took 40 more minutes to get. Luke warm pizza. Additional drivers would be helpful on a busy night (Valentines)
