I went there last night, 2/13/26. I ordered online. I got the notification that my order was ready. I got to the store, they said they hadn’t even started my order yet. The kid behind the counter had no sense of urgency, or empathy. He had zero personality. There was no manager either. My order was an hour later than the time it was supposed to be ready. I might be a little more understanding if the kid “helping” me was in any was apologetic. They didn’t care. I will not be back.

My carry out is late every time i ordered just one pepperoni and I went on the ordered done time and it’s not even in yet something has to change they are all always rude and we say one simple request to just make our order feel more quality they have a rude response and my order doesn’t look good or taste good I was born in the 90s where Pizza Hut was a buffet and that was the best it needs to come back that way or this location specifically needs education about making pizza and keeping it sanitary

We are on vacation. The pizza was delivered and they clearly dropped our pizza. We called, the lady said next time we order, it would be free and I told her we are not from here. Then she asked for the card number to refund us but I did not trust that. The lady was rude and I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. As you see in the picture the toppings and cheese are off the pizza. If you were a delivery driver and dropped it, you should have some common sense and have it remade. This pizza was not fresh either. Not sure what they did to it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

So ordering from this location seems that it will be a challenge in the future. I ordered a simple enough stuffed crust pizza.. When I got it home I discovered that it wasn’t fully cooked and in my opinion not edible. I called the store and was rerouted to the call center. I was immediately transfered to the store and spent about 15-20min on hold. The manager seemed frazzled and after looking up my order and agreed to remake my pizza.. I should have stuck with the raw one.. The 2nd one looked like it had exploded and was still not cooked all the way.

Every time I order to try to see if it’s good the same thing happens, I order extra sauce and get maybe a spoon full.. not gonna call to get credits that don’t show up on my rewards again. Not worth 30 dollars, dominos it is now. Disappointed from 2 years ago.

After terrible service the previous time I was optimistic still about using the store credit- guy overcharged me and couldn’t figure out how to refund so gave me store credit. Mind you, I had been over charged, this was not making up for the order mistake they also made. Fast forward- 1) food not ready on time (oh well, I can be patient) 2) crust didn’t raise right, it will be another 7 minutes (still patient, not their fault) 3) did we say seven minutes? We should have said 15 (ok, getting hungry) 4) order wrong, they made substitution without asking- it wouldn’t work. Irritated now. I told them I would be leaving a negative review 5) pizza was AWFUL- pan pizza crust was like a soggy, generic hand tossed, barely any sauce, I tossed it all 6) stopped to speak to a manger the next day and after making me wait two minutes to even talk to her (I could hear her in back discussing a tv show after being told I wanted a manager) after sharing my experience she shrugged and said, “so you want me to make you some pizzas now?” NOPE- never ordering from here sgdin

10 People standing in Lobby, No employee to greet customers. One driver helped a customer who wanted 1 box. No food. Driver then proceeded to leave store. Another employee came out to put something personal in the warmer behind register. Other customers leaving. Stood their waiting 20 minutes for online order that said ready 20 minutes earlier.

I ordered the New Yorker pizza. Was pretty excited about the double pepperoni but was given this monstrosity instead. I tried calling the store but no one was answering. This isn’t the first time this pizza hut has messed up my order or tried fraudulently charging my card extra tips. I am very likely never coming to this one again.

Prices went up, I get it times are tough. At least provide a service for the extra charge. The service is terrible! In no way reflects
the price or quality. With delivery you have to expect less than showroom shine but come on! What a waste of money! For the price you think your pizza is worth I could have got a pizza that was good. Instead, an hour and a half later I got one soggy piece of excrement not two as ordered and breadsticks with no seasoning for 50.00.
