Customer service top-tier, quality of food top-tier. I was quite surprised how fast and delicious the food came out. I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza and two orders of boneless wings sweet chill sauce, only a 15 minute wait. Highly recommend this location!!!

Ordered pizza for my kids and was told delivery would take about 70 minutes, which was understandable. After the call, we decided it would be faster to pick it up ourselves. I tried calling the store back to switch it to pickup, but after being on hold for 20 minutes, no one answered.
We drove to the store and explained the situation to the employee at the counter. She said that because the order was set as a delivery, it couldn’t be charged as a pickup and there was no way for us to take it. That explanation still didn’t make sense, especially since picking it up would have helped everyone involved.
Instead of trying to find a solution, we were simply told no. I ended up waiting outside until the delivery driver arrived, explained the situation to him, and he had no issue giving us the order.
After she saw me leaving with the pizza, the same employee went outside to speak with the delivery driver. Later, wereceived a call from the lady from the front counter saying we were not welcome to order from them again — which wasn’t an issue, because we weren’t planning to anyway.
The kids were happy to finally get their pizza, but the customer service and lack of basic problem-solving made this a frustrating experience. We won’t be ordering from this location again.

Although the guy at the front counter was excellent, I ordered a pepperoni lover’s pizza and it may as well been a regular! And just think I left a tip for food that I didn’t really get! The pasta is good although it may be too cheesy but no real complaints about that, my cheese bread isn’t even cut which I guess not a big deal the Supreme pizza looks perfect! But I really wanted the pepperoni pizza and the one with lots of it ,that’s why I ordered that one and I was disappointed . Why ask people to tip the workers if they don’t do the job correctly? I know I didn’t have to, but I did, nobody tips me at my job so that is really stupid at fast food places because they don’t do it correctly! For 51$+5$ tip I should have gotten it correct.

I recommend in the strongest terms possible to not buy from this location; the risk of what I’ve experience and several other older reviews seem to corroborate isn’t worth your time, money, and inconvenience.
Placed an order roughly 1.5 hours before closing, with an eta of 20-30 minutes. Never received my order, and all attempts to contact the store resulted in me being put on hold and eventually hung up. Zero opportunity to talk to a human being and explain my situation or request a refund. If they had been willing to cancel my order, communicate, and refund me, there would be no harm, no foul, and no hard feelings. I have no reason not to believe their behavior wasn’t deliberate and malicious.

Ordered cheese sticks and breadsticks. The breadsticks had 0 garlic and Parmesan. Just plain dry bread. Not sure how you forget to season the breadsticks. Very annoying after doing carry out, getting back to our hotel room and then noticing the error.

I’m done with this store. In the past they double charged me and it was a hell of a time trying to get a refund, which I never received. Gave them another go. After an hour and half wait on an online delivery order this is what shows up to my door along with wings and no drink that I ordered. Driver says he’ll be back with it so we will see if they rob me yet again. Never ordering from this place ever again.

Very bad experience! Ordered picked up pizza drove home which is out of town and looked at the pizzas and 2 of the pizzas crust were bunted, one was to have extra cheese, it looked like it didn’t have any cheese on it at all The pizza melt was flat, hardy anything in it. The only thing that was good was the cheese bread. We also ordered 8 boneless wings and did not get them. We live out of town and my son picked it up so he did not took at it or the whole order when he left. Our total bill was $72.44 plus tax. I have photos of everything but cant find a place to send them to. I am calling the corporate office tomorrow and letting them know and see if I could sent them the photos of the pizzas

I just stopped to place an order. The lady look at me weirdly when I enter in the restaurant. She asked me “What can i get you ?”. I said I want Suprime. Before I add another word she jumped in “Well Suprime doesn’t mean anything” with a tone and look telling me I’m not welcome. I just told her I was good. I don’t want to order again. I figure I give Pizza Hut a chance. I’m Definitely. not coming back here. This was horrible, the pizza was cold when I got it. The cheese from inside of the crust was outside of the crust, because I got a stuffed crust. It’s like it’s sat before the delivery driver came and got it and then deliver it.
I’m going back to Papa John’s, Godfathers, and Casey’s for pizza.
