Ordered a box deal online on Superbowl. Paid an extra $6 for specialty items, one of which was THE SADDEST Meat Lovers pizza I’ve ever seen come out of Pizza Hut. When I tell you it looked absolutely NOTHING like the picture, what I mean is we should’ve gone to Casey’s and I think we would’ve been happier with the result. At least then we’d know it came from a gas station so we wouldn’t set the bar too high. I will be wary ordering pizza from this location in the future. Disappointed I hate to think it’s because I didn’t tip online. Tips = To ensure prompt service. Something I’m not doing before I arrive and definitely something that wasn’t going to happen after I saw that sparsely topped pizza I paid extra for.

Excellent food every time I’ve ordered online, with quick and super friendly service at the drive up window from the staff. They always have my food piping, hot, fresh, and ALWAYS smile and ask me if I need anything else when I arrive. 110% better than any other place in Blair for pizza. This will be my number one favorite from here on out!

My pizza was GARBAGE. I’ve never had a PIZZA this TERRIBLE IN MY LIFE. And they have the AUDACITY to have the phones UNPLUGGED. So they think my COMPLAINT falls on DEAF EARS BUT IT DOESNT. Sauce wasn’t on every slice, the pizza is JUST BARELY cooked enough to NOT BE RAW, BUT ITS BORDERLINE. Toppings clumped together like they were dumped out of a bag. Not tasty AT ALL, and i USED TO WORK AT PIZZA HUT IN NORTH EAST MD, this WOULDNT fly at my location! Do better!!!
UPDATE: 9/18/25 the last photo as reference; Pizza did not have cheese on the entire thing. Still haven’t changed at all, and the management team wants ME to contact THEM about THEIR terrible quality control. A pizza should have cheese across the entire center, that’s just the simple answer. These are two different pizzas a year apart almost. DO BETTER!

This is the best pizza hut. I ordered delivery yesterday and for my two large pizzas with breadsticks via delivery it arrived in around half an hour, super hot, perfect, the breadsticks nice and crispy it was all so delicious, Especially the stuffed crust!!. I recommended it to my friend and will definitely call them again next time I want pizza.

Excellent pizza. Got the hand tossed with fresh mushrooms and green peppers. Crust was soft and delicious and loved the mushrooms. Wait staff was very attentive and even put the ball game on for us. Beer was good as well.

My fiancé and I wanted to give Pizza Hut in Omaha a try on Saturday night where we live and we looked at reviews and decided to not get it based on the reviews, so tonight we decided after we both had a busy day decided to give Pizza Hut in Blair a try. I had lived in Blair most of my life since I went to college and moved to Omaha in 2013 and Pizza Hit had gone way down hill. When we went in tonight it was packed but there were still tables available and the server was amazing. She came right over to us and asked what we wanted to drink and aloud us to have time to decide what we wanted to eat. She actually let use take our time and enjoy our dinner and we didn’t even feel rushed like I do at most restaurants. The food was so good. I’m glad this Pizza Hut is getting the business it needs again. My fiancé and I will be returning.

They always make pizzas to order, and as a former employee the place is cleaned top to bottom nightly. The service is usually on point, but with the constant flow of mew teens learning their first job they make some mistakes. The mistakes they do make are often minor and the management has never been shy about sliding an extra side, cookie, or soda your way for the trouble. The pizza has never disappointed me even if the wait time was long. This place does lots of business for their small establishment and is a solid place for a family birthday or just a easy dinner.

We had lunch at the Blair Pizza Hut and our server was amazing. Food came out quick, she was on top of everything. I ordered the wrong pizza (which was not at all her fault because she even repeated it back to me) but she still helped find a solution (we added pepperoni to a cheese pizza). We will definitely come back!
