Usually I love pizza from this restaurant, and their delivery service is the best, but the pizza I got last night was toasty, over cooked, and I’m pretty sure the marinara sauce got left off. I’m sorry to rate you down, I’ll put a more positive rating up in a few minutes, but last night we had to work late so I had the pizza delivered to my school. It’s almost like the kitchen thought it might be a discounted pizza; it was nothing like what they bring to me at my home…Maybe it was just a busy Monday at Pizza Hut Delivery…paid full price plus delivery fee and a tip for the driver, because it was for me and a colleague, no students. It was perfectly made as it usually is with exactly what I wanted cooked exactly the way I wanted it and as an added bonus they brought me two and said that the cook accidentally used the wrong kind of sausage the first time so they went ahead and gave them both to me and you and I both know I would never have known that they cooked the first one wrong if they just brought me the second that just goes to show you they’re honest in what they do and they do it well…

My pizza wait time was 72 minutes. Which I understand is caused by alot of orders. However if I wait 72 minute for an order I expect them to still delivered the order when it is still warm. My pizza and cheese sticks were cold and not in the slightest bit fresh. Completely disappointed in my order. Nasty cold pizza that took 72 minutes for me to get.

I have very seldom ever been upset with pizza hut wether it’s carry out dine in or delivery. My pizza was ready on times and the staff come out to my truck to greet me and do business and I didn’t even need to get out and I didn’t even specify crib side. They were friendly and helpful and the food was good and hot and delicious looking. Way to go Pizza Hut delivery and carryout

The girl taking orders for delivery should find a new job because she has absolutely no customer service skills. Had to give her the card info a 2nd time and she’s like uhhh now I have to get all that info again. So I gave it to her again then she said something as the service broke up I ask her what and click.
