We had a party of 5, service started out ok, once we ordered that was it. They were not busy but must of been training a new worker or understaffed. We had to ask for refills on drinks a few times. A larger party walked in must of been 15 people with small children. The children were SCREAMING, and running around unattended while the adults ate. The kids must of been 3. Complained to the manager and he said I know. He was a young manager and seemed to be ok with the large party kids being unattended and screaming. Not the typical kid noise. I do mean SCREAMING. Not impressed. We ordered a taco pizza, it was good and a supreme. Glad I don’t live there, would hate to give them more business.

Ordered their new flatz pizza, half of my pizza was air bubbles, burnt crust on top and bottom. The lady at the window SLAMMED my bottles of soda down on the counter causing them to lose carbonation. Very disappointed in my service.

17 hungry guys traveling from Colorado back to Kansas on a mentoring adventure trip. We called in an order of 9 pizzas. Scott City pizza hut had them ready at the time we said we’d arrive. In and out in 30 minutes and back on the road. Talk about great service!

I had a large meat lovers pizza delivered to the motel right down the street. Most Pizza Huts that would run around $20 and then you give the driver a decent tip. I couldn’t believe it when they told me it was gonna cost over $32. But the motel is really expensive too, maybe it’s the whole town. Seems like price gouging, but they seem to be able to get away with it.

Worst boneless buffalo wings ever at the Scott city Pizza hut! They looked like chicken nuggets with a dash of sauce. Stick with pizza here or go to Wendy’s down the street for chicken nuggets

They were a little behind getting the drinks but I think it was because she may of been the only waitress working that night but we were a big company of 15 but the service was great and she was nice we had a good time

We came in from Louisville KY. to visit family. We decided to have supper at Pizza Hut. The pizza was great but our service was so much better. Joseph went above and beyond to take care of our every need ! Our drinks were never empty and he made sure we received everything we ordered! Thank you so much Joseph! We’ll definitely be back !!

Food was good, if had been there without my husband, I would have left. I got a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach from the workers.
Appearance matters, I took pictures but no place to upload them on here. A man, not sure what his job was, wear sunglasses, a cooked hat and shorts. So, very creepy. Our waitress was good but again appearance matter, and the cook, well I will leave it there.
AND they were playing very inappropriate music on their phones loud enough we could hear it at the very back of the restaurant. We traveled to Scott City for the KPRA rodeo and wanted go grab a quick bite to eat.
Again, appearance matters!!
