I came in after a shift and ordered ahead, I was already 3-4 minutes behind the scheduled time. When I got there the manager Daniel said “sorry I never made time to make it yet. It’d take x-time to make it though”, and didn’t say anything else or ask if I could wait. Just stared me down till I left. Not worth it..

If I’m ordering carry out or delivery I always prefer this pizza hut to the others in town. The one on kansas I only go to when I want to eat inside. This is the one I prefer. My dad would make fun of me when I said the food from here tastes better than the food from the other pizza huts. But it does. I don’t know why. Granted their chicken alfredo has a strange taste to it sometimes. But still I love it.

It was a horrible service especially from the manager Daniel. Called to check were my pizza was at cause it was late and I wanted to speak with a manger though it would be better but it was just a mistake to talk to him he just said “ oh well I guess the drive didn’t see your house you will just have to wait till the drive delivers the others pizza’s n then he will go back after her is done” . We have said well that’s not fair we paid for ate pizza n now we have to wait till he delivers all the other pizza’s and then get ours all cold? The manager then started getting mouthy n to top it all of he hung up on me we tried to call back n he kept ignoring the call and letting it ring. BAD SERVICE!!!!!!

First off when I called the person on the phone was extremely unprofessional. Then the charged me for everything I ordered extra, ranch, paper plates and jalepenos on my pizza. I did not get ANY of it delivered to me but i got charged anyway. Then it literally took an hour to get here and all my food was cold. The only pleasant experience was the delivery guy and thats just because he didn’t talk. Even eating was horrible because I was sooo mad thinking about while trying to choke down cold pizza. The only reason i ate there in the first place was because I really wanted jalapenos. They charged me three dollars for them and forgot to put them on. I wouldn’t eat there again if I was starving on the side of the street. Good luck if you try eating at that rancid establishment. I would have gave 0 stars but it wouldn’t let me.
