I have honestly always got what I ordered in the most prompt manner as it should be. The person delivering what I ordered normally has been kind polite with a shade of humor. I love it. Robert normally is the one delivery to me. He is a great delivery person that is why I tip him highly. If I were to be at a table I actually give him the equal to to total bill that’s a fact. Robert is the one. Remember the ones that brought you your order are people doing there job.

More mins to find out it had been done the entire time we waited. Get home, one of our pizzas is wrong. Called and was told we had to bring the wrong pizza back. Cool no problem. My son had already started to eat it and my husband was trying to explain that and the worker wanted to argue. I took the phone, and explained the situation again and asked for a manager. Said we could either come back and pick it up or wait for a delivery. My husband said he would come back. The workers acted like he was going to harm them because he was frustrated for all the issues. The workers made comments to the other workers to stay with him because “this guy could be trouble”. Honestly highly inappropriate to make comments in front of a customer who just wants what they ordered. Again, had to wait for the pizza to be cooked and cut. Overall this experience wasn’t worth the horrible taste of the cold pizza and terrible wings. The only decent part of our order was the cheese breadsticks. I definitely don’t think we’ll be returning to this location which is sad because our kids really enjoy Pizza Hut. It’s been a staple in our family since we were young kids.

I felt I should give this Pizza Hut another try. Everyone and every place deserves a second chance.
My order was correct, it may have helped that I used the app rather than call. However, it was more than 20 minutes late and my pizza was cold. Luckily the hotel has a microwave in every room.
Fingers crossed they do better next Sunday. At least we improved from one star to two stars. Sadly, this would have been a five star review had my pizza been delivered on time and warm.

Ordered our pizza add beef and jalapeños. Picked it up and did not have extra beef or jalapeños so gave it back to them to make the correct pizza. Got it back and they had thrown a handful of beef on it and sprinkled jalapeños on it. They did not remake it and correct their mistake. So, after all that, we got a cold pizza with cold crap thrown on top of it all for only $31. Won’t be back!

This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received in three decades of choosing Pizza Hut.
I tried using the app which glitched sending the order to a location in Kansas City. I called their location and due to paying ($38 w/tip) via Apple Pay they could not refund my money. No problem, they were courteous in explaining I needed to have a local manager here contact her.
I then called this location. First I placed my order, then explained my situation. I was then put on hold before a Tim or Tom was on the line stating he was a manager. After going over this entire ordeal a second time he said he needed to speak to someone above him.
Now ten minutes into this call I was beginning to become extremely frustrated. Next a Melissa gets on the phone. I explained the situation a third time, offered the manager’s information at the original Pizza Hut, to then be told I was being ridiculous because that is not how franchises work.
I don’t know, I don’t work for Pizza Hut, I don’t know their internal processes or procedures. She and I then become heated to which she responds by hanging up on me. – I was unfamiliar with the hang-up on the customer policy.
I then called back to ask if I could order my pizzas. She answered and obliged me in taking my order but now my two medium pizzas are $50 without tip! Nice…
I pay with a card to simply end this pizza chase. I did tip the delivery driver, this wasn’t his fault.
I feel I’m getting no refunds so with the $60 in Garden City and $38 on the Pizza Hut app I have paid a total of $98 for two medium pizzas.
But wait there’s more… they forgot my cheese and peppers! lol!

If I’m ordering carry out or delivery I always prefer this pizza hut to the others in town. The one on kansas I only go to when I want to eat inside. This is the one I prefer. My dad would make fun of me when I said the food from here tastes better than the food from the other pizza huts. But it does. I don’t know why. Granted their chicken alfredo has a strange taste to it sometimes. But still I love it.
