I ordered a online and was a carryout so I paid with my card…no tip. So a day later I get charged for a 5 dollar tip and had to go up there in person to get refunded my money and the manager was real combative and defensive like she knew or had something to do with the surcharge. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t even give her name…so why if you have notthing to hide would it be a problem with giving out your name if it was an honest mistake? Check and keep your receipts from this location people something ain’t right with the management up there

Dined in this evening and shortly after we had finished, noticed a roach crawling across the pizza buffet table. After we left I checked reviews and see we are not the first to have a roach issue at this location. Service was great and food was okay but we are disgusted to say the least!

We had an awesome server while we were there. We had Braden and he was very attentive, he actually conversed with us while he was serving. We even forgot our pizza and he put it in the warmer for us to come back and get. If you ever go I hope you get this young man because he is a very good server and person.

This place is disgusting. I’m not sure if the tables have ever been cleaned. It might be easier to burn them and start over. I took my fingernail across the table and came back with a dirty grime all over me. All of the tables were sticky. The floor is dirty. A young girl was our waitress. She forgot that we were there after seating us. Everybody seemed to be on there phones and a really uncaring atmosphere. Our waitress ignored us most of our meal. No drink refills. We had to walk up with what was left of our food to ask for a to go box. We were the only people in the restaurant eating. Now I know why. We also walked up to remind her we were there and ready to order. What a waste of money. Save your money and yourself an uncomfortable dirty experience and eat anywhere else. This place should probably have someone called on it for dirtyness. I hope I don’t get sick from this place.

Went in for lunch buffet. The room was fairly occupied. Several full tables. The salad bar was subpar with wilted and browning lettuce. Pizza was nowhere to be seen. When A pizza did come out, it was one at a time, and with a full room of people, it wasn’t a positive experience. If you have a long time to sit and wait then it’s not a bad deal. I ended up paying for a buffet and got a piece of cheese bread and some pasta. Not a satisfied customer.

Staff couldn’t keep up. Didn’t keep tables. Clean. No plates. Had to ask for refills. Buffet was always empty. Waiter was trying to rush people out. Brought out a refill with no ice. People were using their dirty plates to go back to the buffet. Never seen any staff members wearing gloves. Will not go back. Staff member was to busy talking to his friends to pay attention to customers. If I could rate zero stars I would.
