There was a rough patch for this location for quite a while to the point where I finally left a 1 star review and didn’t order here for a year plus. Since then however, things have gotten much better. The food has been made correctly and much more consistent as of late, so I’m changing to 4 stars. Customer service could be a little more friendly (although not horrible) and that would bump me up to a 5. Overall, this location is trending in the right direction for the first time in quite a while. Keep up the good work you guys

We used to enjoy going to this small town Pizza Hut in St. Francis, KS when it was run by the previous GM BJ Killingsworth. Got a regular Supremo and added onion, olive, and banana pepper for $1 extra per topping. The manager Kody rang me up and failed to mention this. So two sandwiches there cost $25+. Insane. They also got rid of the Cajun fries. Won’t return.

Waitress was timid and When I got my pasta veggie without it mushrooms they only added them to the top did not mix anything in so you only had like 5 mushrooms for the whole pasta dish. Maybe 8 olives not mixed in. I wish they’d start mixing stuff so that you actually get it in the pasta and it bakes in correctly

Ordered pizza tonight one looked fine the other looked terrible. The supreme that was ordered looked terrible, it looked under cooked, very little toppings, was very thin it was to be a stuffed crust. This is not the 1st time we have had a bad experience.

The food was good but never once did they come back to refill drinks. My son accidently split his glass of tea (asked for a kids cup and got a big glass)and they didn’t offer to help clean it up, i used the plate for my food so that i could clean up the mess.

disappointed that the price I was given on the phone was different than when they got to my house for delivery. If you guys want delivery to work you need to allow online ordering or more deals over the phone. The cost tonight was double or more than normal for us.
