We came for a family lunch. It’s clean and the food was fantastic! Our server was great, attentive and helpful. We had 2 gluten free pizzas and a special mini pizza. Others are from the buffet. Everything was perfect. We, previously, had been to the “old” place and vowed never to return. With the changes in ownership, staff and new comments we decided to try it again. We were so pleased. We’ll be back for more!

Customer service was impeccable! Let’s keep that momentum going! Food was made timely and tasted good! We got the Italian Supremo sandwich. It came with Lays potato chips, and a pickle spear. The buffet is back and kept fresh! They have a drive-thru window.

Clay Center Pizza Hut has a new owner and new management and just reopened tonight. They were super busy, but were still very speedy. The employees had great attitudes even though they were so busy with a lot of customers. Our food was excellent! I’m so glad Pizza Hut is back in town!

Had a fiesta taco pizza to go this evening. It tasted delicious! So good. I had specifics for the pizza and they remembered them all. The drive thru line was a bit slow but had great service too.

I get it they’re newly open but what happened tonight was unacceptable.
We called in tonight and the guy who answered asked if he could put us on hold which was fine; until he just put the phone down not putting us on a hold line then turned to one of his coworkers and complained about answering the phone and asked if someone else would take the call because “it’s the third togo I picked up”.
We were on the “hold” for 20 minutes before someone else finally came to the phone.
And you could tell he was new… I’m not upset over the second guy but that first one better get his stuff together because that was ridiculous.
Not to mention the sandwich in our order was screwed up.

Pizza Hut opened under new ownership this week. The staff is friendly and efficient! I even received phone call because I forgot to grab the 2 Liter bottle of pop that came with the meal deal and they offered to deliver it to me. No, I didn’t let them, but that is above and beyond service!
