My family had a great experience at our local Pizza Hut tonight. I have been going there for many years and tonight was by far the best it has ever been.
The dining room was spotless and employees were actively cleaning the entire time we were there. This is a refreshing change from some of the trips I have made in there. The men’s bathroom smelled clean and fresh. They had recently done some work in there which got rid of the old stale urine smell that had been in there for years.
The salad bar was fully stocked and clean. The pizza came out looking as though it had been made by a person that really cared about the food they were serving, and the taste definitely reflected the effort they put in. It was the best pizza we have had from there in a very long time.
The staff was friendly and talkative. The waiter was on his game, the shift leader was keeping things running smoothly, and everything was flowing nicely. It was actually a very nice experience in there this evening.
Good job guys. Keep up the good work and the reputation will take a turn for the better! Now if we could just get the owners to put a little money into fixing the stuff that is dated, we would be on the right track!

Everything on the table was sticky and unclean. The table itself was fine. Waitress was dirty and didn’t stand in front of table, but behind. Didn’t get drinks we ordered until staff came out from behind finally got attention asking for drinks. Food was not that great, like too lazy to chop vegetables . Nobody came back to see.if we needed anything else.

The cinnamon sticks barely had anything on them. The pizza was supposed to have hand tossed crust and it was thin crust and the sandwich with fries that i ordered barely had any fries EVERYTHING on my order was messed up. Normally this location is great but for some reason my last order was terrible.

We arrived at 7 pm. We were the only ones in. We waited 15 min to give our drink order 3 employees stood staring at us until finally another employee came and waited on us. Took 20 min to give our pizza order just to be told they were almost out of pizza dough, they don’t have any breadsticks and they don’t have any salad stuff. PIZZA hut can’t make pizza. Close early we would’ve just drove on by.

No Buffett, I like to be able to choose between pizza and or salad for lunch, pizza was good though. Tried to win a stuffed animal but they were packed in to right to budge them.

They were short handed. so this made the service very, very slow. Plus the bathrooms were all backed up, so were unable to wash our hands before eating. They did give us a free pizza for all the trouble, though.

Well, my last (3) sandwich orders were all incomplete; missing the Dill Pickle. Might seem trite, however, I really like the Pickles. I even asked if the Pickles were included and was told yes. Again, a small thing, BUT!

The staff needs more experience and Devon is amazing the food like the pizza it’s either burnt or undercooked.my husband and had gave them plenty of service and we had salad there the lettuce was not fresh and the salad toppings was not to bad but could be better the croutons was very very stale yuk!!!!!
