I’ve never had a bad experience when I’ve been here. Excellent pizza, great service despite them being a little slow when they’re busy, but who wouldn’t be! Unfortunately no lunch buffet though, but that can’t be helped. Overall, 10/10 experience, will come back!

Specialty pizzas looked anemic, with very little toppings. Supreme had 6 pieces of green pepper on the whole pizza, a large mind you and other toppings were similarly scarce. Gave this one a chance because the one closer to our home was starting to suck, now I know they all do.

We walked in to have supper. Dine in. Sat down, no one even acknowledged that we were even there. Waited 10 minutes, got up to leave and an employee asked if we needed help. Told him nope, we came in to eat, guess we will go somewhere else!!!

Done with this location. Usually have pretty decent experiences from this location. This time I ordered a Big New Yorker with extra cheese and extra sauce and it was more like regular cheese and light sauce. The pepperoni was very sparse, about 1/3 of what they usually top it with . The general manager here is one of the rudest people I’ve ever talked to. It’s not hard to see why they always have help-wanted signs out front. I can only imagine how miserable it must be to work for this place, or for her directly.
I also watched the general manager standing outside talking on her phone and smoking a cigarette, then walk straight back into the building and go right into the kitchen without washing her hands. And that’s the general manager, so it’s hard to imagine anyone else there is washing their hands either.

Every time I order from here I get burnt pizzas. I hadn’t ordered from Pizza Hut in a long time thinking it was a chain problem. Then I ate a pizza from their Webb location and it was perfect! So I tried Pizza Hut in Park City again. Burnt again. I turned in a complaint online for them to say Park City Pizza Hut will call me in 3 days it’s been 5 days.

So it took 50 mins on a monday. Only one driver was told…we ordered a meal with breadsticks for the BREADSTICKS! They came like this…not even a little seasoning added. Just some bread lol and the pizza was below average…
