I ordered a pizza at 4:44pm. I called them and Ashley picked up I asked for the manager and she said she’s the manager I explained to her it says my pizza will be here by 5:20. It’s already 5:50 she said the door dash will have to pick it up due to no drives and she can’t do nothing about it. I wouldn’t recommend this location Took over a hr just to get an answer and havnt received food.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant. The young lady at the register acted like she had zero interest in helping in any way. She told the woman ahead of me to order on the app instead of just taking her order. She told me that it would be a 30 minute wait even though I ordered on the app and it said it was already ready. She completely ignored the phones while standing right there doing nothing. She was cussing constantly at her coworkers right in front of the customers. I’ve honestly never seen anything like this before.

I ordered cheese sticks and they came burnt. I ordered ranch and they gave me marinara and then proceeded to refuse to give me all of my ranch. I know for a fact I ordered ranch on my order but on my receipt when I got it it said marinara they went in themselves and changed it to marinara I don’t know what the hell is wrong with these people but Pizza Hut has really went downhill. The pizza doesn’t taste good the breadsticks are burnt like I said and I got a really ugly attitude from the person on Oliver who said that she gave me four marinara but when I got the bag of the marinara sauce there was only three trying to insult people’s intelligence is how you lose business the customer isn’t always right but I know for a fact that I was will not be ordering from here again

What happened. This large pizza original crust pizza 3 toppings I ordered online. It’s worse than frozen Red Barron. Sauce was sparce, crust was flat tasting, and toppings were dreadful. I haven’t ordered from them for a while. Is it the S Oliver location? Idk, but I don’t want to waste 13$ on dreadful pizza. Those last pieces I threw out to the birds. I thought I might have help out some of nature’s animals but think that maybe that I ended up treating the animals to cruel and unusual stomach cramping.

If I could give them a zero I would I called because I didn’t get the right Pizza or get the spice packets that I asked for after tipping the driver generously they would do nothing about it so I called the actual store and she said that she was currently training somebody and she couldn’t help me

Received my 47.00 order with topping missing on one and both cold with under cooked dough. Called the store, was informed I needed to bring them back so pizza could be looked at and order would be remade. I asked if order could be remade and when delivered I would give the pizza back to driver. The answer was no. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite! Haven’t order from them in several months due to previous bad experience. Decided to give them another try tonight and regretting my decision. Never again!
