Our order was just being boxed up when we arrived for pick up. Josh was awesome, and made sure our order was accurate and that we were satisfied before we left. We’ve never had customer service like that at pizza hut.

Ordered food on-line for take-out. Our 2 pizzas were not ready when we were told they would be. I was asked to wait on front door side of the restaurant (East side)and that my pizzas would be brought to me when ready. They were not. After patiently waiting 10 more minutes I went inside to see what the holdup was. Manager told me she had put my order “in the warmer” and forgot about it. She got my order to me and made a lame apology.
This is not the first time for an experience like this at the Pawnee and Hydraulic restaurant.

Every time I order supreme pizza I get it with extra cheese. I pay extra for extra cheese. Not one single time has an employee of this store bothered to give me what I paid for, which leaves me sitting in your drive thru for 20 minutes while they remake my order. The service at this location is absolutely mediocre, I get all the way to the door to find out the lobby is closed (which is fine it’s after 9) but I’ve got 3 employees waving me to go through the drive through and the remaining are playing on their phones. When I checked my pizza to see if staff had bothered to put the extra cheese on there (as mentioned before, of course they didn’t) I asked the young man at the window and he says “uhhh I don’t know I didn’t make it, would you like us to remake it?” Well yeah?!?! I paid for it, waited for it to be made incorrectly, I guess I really don’t have a choice but to wait. Poor overall experience, hope the pizza is great after waiting the better part of an hour for it with the place was not remotely busy.

First be prepared to get the order 20 minutes past the delivery time and cold. Second be prepared to get rude staff when calling to get an update on location of food. According to them because the use door dash delivery. Third food tastes like crap, cold card board flavor. I think I am completely done with pizza hut after this.

I am deeply disappointed with the recent service and product quality from Pizza Hut. My last order, a large thin-crust pizza, was picked up with missing toppings with the jalapenos thrown on the top uncooked and came to nearly $30. Furthermore, the company has wanted to add an $0.99 surcharge for standard condiments like cheese and pepper packets. My attempts to resolve the incorrect order through the store were met with unprofessional conduct; after calling five times, an employee repeatedly answered the phone and immediately hung up. Given the significant decline in both service standards and product quality, coupled with escalating and opaque pricing, I will no longer be a customer of Pizza Hut.

Wonderful service and pizza was made perfect! As soon as I got there I didnt have to wait long at all told them my name and they gave it to me! I spent 3 min in there! Wonderful and fast service great pizza too!

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS STORE! THEY ARE THE WORST PIZZA HUT. I would give 0 stars if possible. I’ve been trying to order for a week but they were out of the dinner box. I decided to make an early order, well I got my order and as you can see it’s way below quality standards. I’ve called the store over 10 times with no answer. It just hangs up on me. They just lost a customer permanently

I stopped in for the buffet around 12:15pm so a bit at the end of buffet time but still expecting great service. It was not great, first, the food was greasy and the bar was not full. We didn’t get our drinks till after we were sitting there and eating for a while, then they forgot our salad. We would have been okay with most of this but then upon correction of the salad and such we had to wait for more food to come to the bar while others around us were frustrated and hungry too. I could go on but I will stop and end by saying that this location needs some help managing their skills and time.
