Pizza was terrible, cheese was very burnt and nasty, crust was dry and flavorless. The delivery guy wasn’t even in a uniform either, just weird. Avoid this business!

I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order on 1/10/25 at 700 W. Douglas Wichita Kansas 67203 Pizza Hut and the skinny guy with beard and glasses told me all was good to pick up the order in the beginning but when I went to actually take the pizza, he literally put his hand on the 4 pizzas and told me I couldn’t take it (basically refused to give me my pizza) and he said I was blocked from the store. He was being rude and racist. Stores can get sued for being racist FYI. It was awkward in front of other customers and a waste of my time and as a dasher I would never go to that Pizza Hut again. Hopefully, the store can avoid this kind of situation in the future.

My kids and I had very mixed feelings about this Pizza Hut. The hut in our hometown closed down more than a year ago, and we’ve really missed it. We wanted to eat food at Pizza Hut in the town in which the business began. So we chose the location that was both on our way to the zoo and had almost the highest ratings in town, all the while looking forward to the lunch buffet we’d so missed.
When we arrived, we discovered not only that the location we’d chosen didn’t have a buffet, but also its dining room was dirty. The bathroom had no soap and was filthy. When we first arrived, the counter was silent and no one came to wait on us for at least 5 minutes.
That said, the food was wonderful – we ordered a large pizza, 2 personal pans, and 3 bottles of water (which the lady who waited on us forgot to hand out). So despite its shortcomings, it’s earned 3 stars from us.

River Bills
They said our pizza wouldn’t be ready for awhile because there were ten orders in front of it. We cancelled the order because we don’t want to wait that long. Our pizza was then ready right after cancelling and they wanted us to pay an extra fifteen dollars for a pizza we already paid for.

We get carry-out from this location rather than delivery from the Pizza Hut closest to our house—the one at West St & Central Ave—because the managers at West and Central are rude, dismissive, and indifferent to customer satisfaction. The pizza from Delano’s Pizza Hut is much better! Far and away more delicious and they obviously care about presentation.

I ordered two personal pans, When I got to the store, they weren’t even gonna tell me that they ran out and they just gave a little small medium slice of pizza and said it’s the same amount. The point was as you wouldn’t even gonna tell me. The manager threw my money on the cabinet said there was nothing else he could do so I called back today and talk with the main manager, Stephen, who above and beyond is the worst pathetic excuse of a manager I’ve ever experienced, For Pizza Hut to think that that is management material makes me question them completely as a company I went on a website I ordered the food and this is how I get treated because I’m upset. Stephen hangs up on me and tells me to find a customer service number myself and when I call back the lady that answered said oh thank you. Have a great day and hung up on me as well. I have the calls recorded The only reason why I gave this One star is to be able to write this review this place is disgusting. Their unprofessionalism is above and beyond the worst. I’ve experienced in my 53 years of life. For me to be treated like I was in the wrong is horrible to the manager Stephen if you don’t like your job as a manager, then find a different job and quit taking it out on customers that pay their hard earned money for your sorry pathetic excuse of manager Attitude, Is customers we don’t deserve that if you don’t like your job get a new one, for you to treat me like I’m the problem when you wouldn’t even gonna tell me that you had to replace my order, you just gave me my food and expected me to grin and Deal with it, This place above and beyond was the most disrespectful disgusting place I’ve ever experienced all the money I’ve spent for this company through this app and everything. Got a 3 topping special. I guess they think since there is a lot of toppings no need to put cheese one it. Very little cheese was on it. I love pizza but this pizza was a disaster.

My pizza came an hour after I ordered. Cold. Not cook in the middle. I could not have a 10$ pizza alone. Had to buy something else. 4$ for delivery charge. The delivery guy kept repeating “what do you want me to do” when I was talking. I’m sure he had a long day and I wasn’t the only one complaining to him, which is not his fault. When I called the place, they kept hanging the phone. Threw it in the trash. Usually it’s good. Very disappointed.
