Did not process order correctly came home with the wrong food. Had to go back. Customer service was horrible. No managers to make my experience more pleasurable staff present did the best they could under the circumstances. Horrible service

The waiting staff was exceptionally rude. She rolled her eyes when we asked what the specials were and flopped a paper down from another table to have us read them instead of just telling us the specials. We were the only people in the entire place and asked for a booth which was met with a “everyone wants a booth but nobody is wanting the tables.” Which could have been code for “it’s easier to clean a table than a booth.” We weren’t even greeted at the door. We walked half way across the restaurant before being seated by the waitress.
The food was mediocre at best, no refills or offers to. We had to go to the front to pay because they were too busy giggling in the back to check on us. I’d recommend people go to a gas station for pizza before coming here. You’ve made a me a loyal dominoes customer now and I’m not even a fan of them.

I went with a couple of friends and had a great time. However, we were the only ones in there along with one couple, and the service was very slow. Our waitress mixed up some of the items on the receipts, but we left a tip anyway. Five minutes later we realized one of us left our to-go box. We called back and they already said it was in the trash. They did not offer a refund or anything. Loved the food, but really disappointed with the service.

Food is average. Have recently had bad experiences with online ordering where my account was charged but the order not sent. I had to call the restaurant and re-order, which they ended up doing incorrectly (bread sticks instead of the cheese sticks I ordered) and charging me more than the online order, and then had to wait days to have the money returned to my bank account. It felt like either the manager was not present or had no idea of what they were doing. I still included a tip as I didn’t feel the employees were to blame.

One of my pizzas was folded over in the box when I got it home totally melting the cheese together and messing up two of the eight pizzas. Also have your employees speak slow and clear enough to be understood if they are working with the public. The girl at the drive through spoke so soft and fast she was hard to understand.

Pizza Hut has become more affordable since COVID. The $10 3 topping special is a great way to experiment w/different combos. I gave it a 4 tonight because my pizza had burnt toppings. My guess is they don’t get pineapple requests very often so they cook it like any other ingredient. It would be better if they added pineapple a bit later. The Chicken Alfredo was great.

I have had a couple of bad experiences here, but they tried to fix everything that was brought to their attention each time. Overall, this crew does a great job, and it’s very rare for something to not taste good. I know my family will keep coming back here.
