Ordered twice from this store now. Barely any sauce on the pizza. Not even enough to actually see. Ordered extra cheese and sauce and it made no difference. Why won’t they sauce the pizzas? Guess I’ll have to find a different pizza place.

They won’t honor discount codes that are applied online, never had a Pizza Hut chain purposely remove a discount code from my order on the app but there always a first don’t know if this is an app issue of if this was the restaurant itself. Service her is very poor, flip of a coin if my order is correct or not.

Hands down best pizza hut we have ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection and came out in a very timely manner. Place is spotless too! New manager is super nice (didnt catch his name) but he was so personable and kind. 10/10!

Count on it being 20-30 minutes later than they say. Not thrilled with the fact that they no longer pay delivery drivers, and only use “3rd party delivery services”. The upside is the fact that they always deliver to the right place now, instead of me getting a notification that my pizza was dropped off 20 minutes later than planned… and half the time at the wrong address. Then having to get into a literal argument with management (and the driver) about whether it was actually my house that they left the pizza at. Definitely cannot trust any of their projected times. Now it’s always 20-30 minutes later than “projected”….but since they seem to wait for the driver to get there to cook it, it’s fresher than it’s ever been. Just had a projected time of 6:37-6:47, and it was dropped off at 7:01.

Went for lunch. Thought we would have the salad and pizza buffet. There were 2 other couples in the restaurant and 4 dirty tables. The buffet had pizza that was at least 30 minutes old and there were only 3 choices. There were no desert sticks and although there were bread sticks, no marinara sauce. The salad bar needed to be restocked and the lettuce had quite alot of brown pieces in it. We were seated and then didn’t see our server again. Someone else came and checked on us, said they would refresh our drinks and bring us more napkins, never saw her again either. Finished up, didn’t bother with seconds as there had been nothing fresh added and paid at the register. Very disappointed and wondering what happened to customer service.

We ordered a large super Supreme thin crust pizza on sunday the 18th. It was delivered on time, delivery driver was was very nice, no issues there. BUT the pizza tasted horrible, we spent almost 30 dollars on a pizza that ended up in the trash. We should have listened to the reviews, cause that Pizza hut didn’t any good reviews on Travelocity, don’t think we will order from them again.

The crew working were outstanding and had great people skills!! The pizza was amazing !!! My 8 year old grandson even commented to me he really liked the service!! They served 15 of us and did a super great job!!
