I reached out via email like they wanted but received no response. I decided to go ahead and use the coupon before it expires tomorrow but apparently it no longer works 🙁 I’m not quote sure if you could possibly make this any worse. Oh well, I hope that others experiences are better than mine has been.
Ordered three pizzas for my family: pepperoni, supreme, and beef taco.
The pepperoni was good. The beef taco pizza, which was supposed to be hand-tossed, came on a thin crust and was missing the beef topping entirely. The supreme pizza was still doughy and undercooked, so we had to throw it away.
I completed Pizza Hut’s survey and was sent a coupon for one free pizza, which they labeled as compensation for “late delivery.” That part was fine. However, you can’t use the free pizza coupon for delivery because it doesn’t meet the minimum order requirement. That feels like a gimmick.
This will likely be their last chance, especially since I usually eat Casey’s anyway. The photos aren’t great; I didn’t expect I’d end up posting them.

Control your delivery driver for the love of the public safety. I see one more pizza hut drive speed down my alleyway or street im calling the cops and filling charges with the better Business bureau. Your store is crap, your food is too, and you have done nothing but harass the public with your driving.

I went to the pizza hut 2 times before, it looks run down. the food isn’t even that good. And when I get delivery they mess up my simple order ” family order of bread sticks with extra seasoning.” I don’t know what to tell them anymore, I order pizza hut maybe 10 times a year and they get the one thing I ordered is wrong. Don’t order bread sticks here.

Took over an hour to be delivered and when it was it was completely wrong so when I tried to call to get it fixed the girl on the phone was very rude. Said she was going to put me on hold and ended up hanging up.

I heard that Pizza Hut has a Tuesday special on personal pan pizzas. I called the Newton PH to ask about it. The young man who answered told me there was an n line special only. I asked what it was. He said it was for two personal pan pizzas. I asked what the special was. He repeated what he told me. No price. If he didn’t know he could have said that. I asked him a third time and he hung up.
