We placed an order for delivery at about 8:45 p.m. The app stated that it would be about 30 minutes before we received our order. When 30 minutes came around and gone we had called the store about an hour after we had placed our order. The store had stated that they only had one driver and that they were just now an hour later starting our order. It would have been nice to get a courtesy call to let us know what was going on. We canceled our order and got a refund back. This Pizza Hut has not been the same ever since COVID hit. PS bring back the salad and pizza bar and I may consider coming back to Pizza Hut.

Terrible pizza. Ordered from this Pizza Hut earlier this year and it was excellent, lots of toppings but this time was different, large supreme, thin and crispy, crust was thicker than the toppings. Very very thin on toppings. My 93 year old dad even said this was the worst pizza he has ever ate. I think they lost a customer.

I came in the other day and the person who took my order, who I later found out was a manager named Drew, smelt like cigarettes and had dirty hands as he took my order. He was extremely unprofessional towards me. The food wasn’t very good but the server that brought me food was extremely kind and very helpful.

Plates were wet. The waitstaff brought extra napkins so we could dry them off. Why were they not dried before bringing to us?

They were out of pastas. They were also out of breadsticks. Instead of saying they were out of breadsticks they sent us something that they were passing off as breadsticks. My family loves a bbq chicken pizza. It is supposed to have either BBQ sauce drizzled over it or some BBQ sauce for you to drizzle. It’s so expensive for them to always mess something up. Pizza hut used to be so good.

Did an online order. Sandwich was great! The service was friendly and fast! I ordered lemon pepper fries and received Cajun instead but didn’t realize until I got home. I called and expressed my frustration about fries I couldn’t eat….and they hand delivered fresh lemon pepper fries to my home at no charge!!!! AMAZING customer service.!!! Definitely impressed with the improvements!!!! Well done!!!!

The food was decent but the service lacked. It appears that the carryout business may be the strong point for this Newton location. We ate inside and were the only customers dining in from 5:30-6:30 on a Thursday evening. We were seated quickly and received our drinks in a decently reasonable time. For some reason, our pizza was brought out before breadsticks which seemed a little odd but was not really a problem. The problem was that we never again had a server come check on us…I had to go to the counter several times for drink refills and to request a box for leftovers. I also didn’t receive the bill until I went up to the cash register. I did observe a server leaning against the counter with her own drink while some of our cups sat empty so definitely not a case of being overworked! Would return for the food but… to avoid the feeling of not being a valued customer, might just use the drive-thru. The dining room was clean and comfortable.
