First, I never order from them. I was kind of forced to due to the fact that Marco’s closed. Second, it took an hour for my food to be delivered. It was still warm but not hot. I ordered garlic parmesan wings and when I opened them, I thought they had made a mistake and gave me plain wings! Nope, they just didn’t put hardly any sauce on them. I will probably look into Domino’s or something next time. I like sauce on my wings.

Called an order in and I am here to pick it up. So I pulled up to the window for take out, that was 7 min ago. 3 employees looked right at me sorting there, yet not one person came and said anything. Even just a, hey we see you but it will be just a min. At least then I know they are busy but realize I’m at the window. Had they came to the window while I was typing this I wouldn’t have sent it, but nope not yet.

Don’t do it. go anywhere else. I ordered a delivery pizza 8/13/24 over $32 for one pizza with tip and I ordered hand tossed and they give me thin crust so I tried to call them and tell them their mistake. they will not answer the phone. I called them for over an hour nobody will answer the phone so I have to drive down there tomorrow. I will never go to Pizza Hut again. papa johns from now on. UPDATE i raised their review from 1 to 3 stars I got a hold of them the next day and I got a full refund and the manager seemed real nice but still didn’t quite make up for the night before

I ordered online. When I got there they didn’t have the pizza. Told me it would be a 30 minute wait. I asked them if it could be delivered (had 4 kids in the car). She got an attitude about it and said I would have to pay for delivery. I explained that it wasn’t my fault they didn’t have my pizzas and it stayed online for hey we’re ready. She then had more attitude and went to get manager. He was very nice (reason for 3 stars instead of 1) He put it out for delivery with no charge. Pizza was old and cold when I got it.

Will never order from this location again ! After placing our delivery order at 1:15 pm at 5:15 we still had no pizza. I called to find out what the problem was and they refunded all of my money. We were just testing them and ordered the exact same thing the very next day and the very same thing happened ! I debated whether I should take a chance and see if they could get it right the second time ( everybody deserves a 2nd chance ) and what happened the first day happened again. We spoke to the manager and she finally got our pizza to us but offered nothing of compensation. There won’t be a third chance…
