Stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday on my way from Wichita to Howard. Only Pizza Hut I know of that still has dine in, a daily salad bar and a full buffet on Mon & Wed. Also, still has personal pans and taco pizzas, plus a few specialty pizzas not on the menu. Store manager provides super friendly customer service. Plan to take the grandkids on Saturday, worth the hour long drive!

The food was good, the service not so much. There was one table of two people besides ours in the entire restaurant and at least 6 employees working. The one and only waitress went and helped the new table with drinks and orders while allowing my pizza to sit on counter, i could see it on counter next to fountain machine while she made the tables drinks- GETTING COLD. Hot food before cold drinks is common sense, Not to mention my husband already had his food and was attempting to wait for mine to be delivered, but after 10 minutes he gave up so his own food wouldn’t go cold.

First off, the new building is lovely, and the adult staff is generally friendly. I ordered carryout on my way home one day, asked the girl at the register if she was sure that was everything (because it didn’t seem like it), and she “checked” & assured me several times it was. I got home (which is around an hour away), and she was wrong. I paid for 3-4 orders of wings and got 1. I called them, the manager asked if I wanted her to throw some in for us to come pick up, but I told her I wasn’t driving back, so she offered to refund me (or “credit” me). I never got a refund, and when I asked about a “credit” last time I was there, they didn’t know what I was talking about. Tried the buffet a couple of times. It was really busy in there, the pizza was meh, and the bar kept emptying quickly. But it is convenient & not too expensive, so it is what it is. The building really does look nice, though.

Eureka pizza hut is the best. They are fast and friendly and always have my orders right. The waitresses are very professional, friendly, super kind especially Dixie Ledford, she has an amazing personality that makes everyone feel comfortable.

The food there was outstanding, but the service was better! Our waitress Kloey Brown was super friendly and she even recommended us to try the garlic knots. She told us about how amazing it was working there, how she loved how all of her friends worked there too, and it was all in all just a fun place to work. When i went to go pay for the food the cashier, MiKayla Mitchell was very friendly and she also offered us cookies for the road, and gave us some free mints and wished us safe travels. The restaurant had spectacular food, an amazing crew, and environment. I would recommend this place for anyone!

Food was good, but workers payed to much attention to the barefooted Lil boy greeting everyone in the kitchen area so they almost forgot the rest of my order. There where people not in uniform sitting around in the back as well. Tables where not cleaned off when they could have been since they where not very busy in the dining area. I would want to eat here again because I’m pretty sure violation of inspection
