Today we ordered a larger order for our NYE get together.
The kids ate as soon as we brought it home(cheese pizza). For the adults we bought a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and wings. It also tasted fine until it didnt.
After eating pretty much my entire slice of pizza, I felt something very hard and spit it out. After looking at it, it was LITERALLY an earring back.
Im so sick and disgusted.
I will NEVER spend another penny at this place again.

I ordered pizza on Dec 28th. There was only one person working. The guy with the white beard. First I’ll say he was fantastic. He was serving a large dine in group and and smaller group. He was cooking, bussing tables, refilling drinks, taking orders, serving carry out customers. I’m thinking, where the hell is the Manager??. What kind of manager would leave a staff member all alone to cover the holiday weekend? It’s not fair to the employee or the customer. I had to wait another 35 minutes to get my order. That is all on management failure, not the lone employee.

James was an amazing one man show! The pizza he made was amazing. The service he provided was outstanding, and the dining room was clean even though he was the only one answering phones and taking care of everything. Was a highlight of our weekend!

This New Yorker Pizza is delicious! Everyone here is always nice and hard working, pizza is almost always perfect! I will forever miss the salad bar but grateful you can still buy the salads & most of all the famous creamy Italian dressing! Yum!

We purchased a medium pizza a couple weeks ago and it was SO GOOD!! it was hot & ready when promised. The vegetables were cooked perfectly and the toppings were plentiful.

Food is good most of the time. Don’t order any Spinach on your pizza though. I don’t know how long they keep it but it always tastes a bit spoiled when I get it… Steer clear of that and no complaints here!

We placed an online order for pickup tonight and were told as soon as we arrived that there was an issue with the ovens and it would be a 10 minute wait. We had no problem with the delay and upon returning to the store the worker graciously comped our meal as a way of apologizing for having to wait! Thank you very much for your generosity!

Had the best restaurant experience here in the little town of Clearwater, Kansas last night! Nate, the evening shift manager, is one of the most efficient managers I’ve ever seen. The times when I am in there, I rarely see him slow down. He’s always doing something whether it’s cooking, waiting on tables or even making deliveries around town. Last night, he and the waitress, I think her name is Hayley, were the only ones running the place all evening, and I think earlier in the day, too! They were flying around the place like crazy, all while being so friendly and customer-minded. It was so cool to see them in action. Then there was this one old lady who seemed to be incredibly selfish and made the waitress cry, and Nate handled it with ease and was really tactful in his approach in resolving the conflict. I bet the store manager is proud to have them on staff. For a small town restaurant, I never expected to see this level of service. It was truly amazing!

Never fails. Our order is always screwed up. Ordered online a special item, paid, then immediately called the store to make sure they received the notes. Delivered it to my house 45 minutes later and it was wrong. Called back to the store and got an apology. Delivered it back out and it was all over the inside of the box. Called back to the store and was told there was nothing they could do because there wasn’t any pasta in the container. Went and received a refund and will now be going to a different location.
