I gave over an hour advanced notice for our pizzas for a specific time due to a reserved birthday party. They did not tell me they couldnt make that happen and said it was okay. We showed up at the pickup time and one pizza was done. The main worker there said that they were short staffed and had other customers during that time to tend to instead which is understandable but should have let us know they couldnt make our pickup time happen so we could do something different. I went outside to make arrangements for someone else to pick up the pizzas since we had a reservation at SOAR to attend and she was talking about me disrespectfully outloud when I came back in. I let her know my son will be back to pick up the pizzas for the party. They were halfway done after 15 minutes of us arriving so it was a time management issue. I will never order from them again.

its been awhile. was going to order a pizza and watch the game. I needed $5 more to get it delivered. When I found something I was told everything was removed because it took too long. Might have been 3 minutes. I guess you have too much business. casey’s thanks. You.

I always receive a consistently good product from this store. Like most other Pizza Huts, you can order online for this location and also earn rewards points toward free food. I think they might sometimes get behind on orders though, because today was the second or third time that I’ve arrived at the store after the food should be finished and had to wait for at least five or 10 minutes.

Unfortunately, I have to give this a star that they don’t deserve. After the first bad experience, I decided to blow it off. After today and reading other recent reviews, I’m bypassing the location and sent my concerns directly to Pizza Hut Corp. Their online ordering is 90% ignored as you can’t get extra sauce ON the pizza and they don’t read the “Special Instructions” portion of the order. Lest we forget the toppings that you want don’t get from the refrigerator to the pizza. We as customers should not have to put up with incompetent service THAT WE PAY FOR just because it’s the only pizza(and I use that term loosely)place in town. I have many reward points in my account, but if what I’m paying for is any indication, what the hell am I getting for free???? Note: ordered with mushrooms, can you find them in the picture?

So this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Pizza Hut not only did my pizza not come with any sauce and then they told me, that’s how the pizza was supposed to come didn’t offer any solutions and basically just told me that they did it right I was wrong and that’s how the pizza supposed to come. I only order one kind of pizza and I get it every time and it’s like the only pizza place we have in Galena. My cinnamon sticks had all the cinnamon fall off the top. The worst experience I’ve ever had and the manager couldn’t care less.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and cheese sticks from Galena Pizza Hut and they arrived quickly and everything was hot, fresh and loaded with toppings! It was honestly some of the best pizza we’ve had in along time!
