Is been a long time since Inhave had a Pizza Hut Buffet. I had to say I was very impressed. The buffet was fully stocked and never ran out of pizza. The employees were very friendly, always asking how we were doing and if we needed anything. If we are ever back in this area I would definitely return for lunch.

Always a pleasure to visit. Food is fresh and tasty. If I ever have an issue I never hesitate to call on the manager “Tom”, he is very courteous and attentive. The service has gone upward since he has taken control for sure.

They used to do okay but they got new management a few months ago and it’s been shit ever since. They got the drinks wrong, the cinnamon rolls looked horrible, and they used door dash to deliver and didn’t mention that they use door dash until AFTER I ordered.

The buffet has opened back up after a long hiatus due to the pandemic. Was happy to discover that improvements have been made to the interior. The buffet was kept well stocked and was being maintained and cleaned off well. The buffet is currently being offered Monday through Friday throughout lunch time.

I miss having pizza hut buffet in my town its a super quick easy lunch. The staff has been the kindest staff that I’ve encountered as a customer. Always willing to make a specific pizza for the buffet if its not out. If im wanting pizza I will pass up all of the other pizza places in chanute for the hut.

Tonight I ordered a pizza for my mom. It hadn’t come in the ETA for delivery. I called to ask if there was an issue. The person who answered let me know they were having an issue with finding the apt. After I spoke to him he told me he would take it back out to her. He did just that. I’m very pleased with their service.
