This pizza hut seams much better and consistent ever since they opened the new building. Not sure if the team is the same or if they changed management but haven’t had a messed up order since and the team seems not be as stressed (at least from the customers point of view) You used to walk in the old location and no one would great you and the team would be yelling and playing in the kitchen. The only criticism I have of the food is the regular breadsticks, sometimes thy are great, other times there is virtually no seasoning tasting like plain bread.

Received pizza with a spoiled ingredient. Smelled funny. Tasted odd and spoiled. Inedible. Tossed it in garbage. Left feedback with contact info TWICE. No return contact either time. Called store direct TWICE. First call was told general manager would need to return call due to time passed since purchase. No return call received. AGAIN contacted store direct. Was AGAIN told general manager would need to return call since it had now been even longer since purchase. AGAIN NO RETURN CALL!!! Now nearly two weeks after original purchase date I finally had to contact corporate online chat to supposedly receive a promo code within 48 hrs. I’ll be shocked if it’s actually sent!! *****Update 3/11/26 as suspected the Promised withing 48 hrs promo code NEVER ARRIVED!! if local management doesn’t care about a once loyal customer…and corporate doesn’t care about customers….it’s a no brainer. No more PIZZA HUT for me and everyone else will also hear all about this. PapaJohns is closer to my house…and has superior pizza anyway!!!

Ordered a pesto pizza they forgot the pesto. I called to ask if I could come tomorrow to get a new one. The lady who answered said. WHAT TIME IS IT WHERE YOU LIVE. I said 10:49 she said they were closed. I said I literally just got my pizza and it says y’all are open until 12z She said “it don’t matter we closed”. She didn’t even hear what I had to say after THEY messed up my order. And then being rude about it is crazy.
