This review may go up to three stars if the complaint is addressed, but my wife and I have one rule for pizza night. Don’t order from sketchy stores. This would be why we keep that rule:
Never ate at this location and we rarely try Pizza Hut but we thought what the heck. We pulled up and immediately felt the building itself looked sus. The workers inside weren’t bad but weren’t cordial either. Cest la vie, but the foods what counts, right?
Food poisoning. Bad. In the middle of the night after barely bringing myself to eat two pieces of ONE pizza and an 8 piece overly saturated garlic boneless wing. I didn’t even touch the other half of my meal. The other pizza was ruined-a
“specialty” pizza that had bad dry seasoning and was burnt. Also couldn’t tell if the wings were underdone, kept getting weird chewy pieces-they didn’t look totally raw but still. I haven’t been this sick in years.
I have pictures but the “meal deal” we got was a travesty. The cheddar bacon sticks were in fact-no sticks-but a lump of badly burnt and greasy bread. We ordered three sets of boneless wings, x2 honey bbq and x1 garlic parm. The parm were dunked in sauce and the bbq looked like only half saw any sauce at all. The meat lovers was depressing, felt like I took lunch meat ham and chopped it into slivers on some dough (slightly underdone) and the chicken sausage specialty pizza was not even edible.
Tried to save a buck for some cool deals. Ended up not even being able to consume half my meal and the other half came up around midnight :/

A sick person had not eaten in two days and begins to feel better. They order pizza and a few other items for delivery. They pay on line. Pizza hut delivered the drink but not the food items. Customer’s call pizza hut and speak to employee who said no food was ordered. He gets the person in charge .. a female… on a Monday eve around 8 pm w a Spanish sounding accent. She said the food was ordered and paid for and went out and if customers didn’t get it too bad so sad no refunds or new reorders. Customer let’s her know they will be filing a police report. She responded by saying she was calling the police on them for calling the police on her. This ill person paid for supper and went without thanks to pizza hut picking the wrong people do deliver for them. Zero and all review choices. Theft of food. Theft of money w no refund and a threat because customer let them know they would report the crime. NO response from their delivery service.

Took a while to get my order (I don’t really blame them – they were busy and had some large orders which I know because I watched a doordasher taking out 8 pizzas; plus I think they were training some new staff), but once I got it the food was fantastic. I got the chicken alfredo and a double order of breadsticks. The breadsticks were fine, but the alfredo was absolutely fantastic. The chicken was browned for maximum flavor and the cheese on top was perfectly cooked. I don’t get PH often but I will definitely be coming back for more of that alfredo.

Used to like Pizza Hut years ago and then stopped going for a while but this specific Pizza Hut has made me enjoy Pizza Hut again. First, the customer service at this location is always top tier and secondly my pizza always turns out well here! Love the thin and crispy one. The General Manager Jacob, Stacey and Julian are always so great and really go above and beyond for customers!!

Ordered a pizza and cheesy bread for my crew and some wings for me. Got back to the shop and opened it up: pizza had very little in the way of toppings, the crust was about 2” all the way around. One topping and there were maybe 2 pepperonis per slice, big slices too. The wings were horrible.tasted like buffalo flavored grease. It wasn’t a sauce, it was oil. Cheesy bread was fine.

Food I got was good, the main issue was that I ordered extra ranch with my online order. When I arrived I asked the young lady working if all ranch packets were there. She said yes, I got home and 1 ranch was there. Food wasn’t the issue, more of the service that needs improvement

My order did not contain all of the food items I placed and payed for. My pizza was burnt, my bacon cheese sticks were under cooked and I did not receive my 8 boneless wings. When I called the Wanamaker store the manager working at the time hung up on me. The manager also told me to contact Uber because it was an uber order for a refund when Uber did their job and picked up the order then delivered it. Uber had nothing to do with how my food was prepared and packaged for delivery. I called this afternoon and talked to the manager on duty and he apologized along with remade my order for me and made sure everything was correct which is greatly appreciated.

We generally avoid Pizza Hut due to past experiences with service and food quality, but we decided to try this particular location. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service provided by Jessica. Her dedication to her work, especially on Labor Day, was truly remarkable. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service she provided, and the food was perfectly prepared to our specifications. We wholeheartedly recommend this branch for its fresh offerings and adherence to the classic Pizza Hut standards.
