I came here on Sunday. Ordered a triple threat box, my interactions where great, but how is it that my total was 24.01 I paid online I signed the receipt at the carry out window put $0 tip and handed her $4 cash as tip. But looking at my bank statement I was charged $28.01 so they took another four dollar tip causing my account to overdraft and an overdraft fee. I gave cash as tip and put $0 on the line for tip. I have always had great experiences but now I won’t be taking my business here anymore since I was stolen from.

The flavor was Pizza Hut standard. I was, however, disappointed with the quality of the pizzas. We ate the majority of what was delivered, but left the topping-less pizza masquerading as over-priced breadsticks–see pieces in the posted picture. Not sure if it’s Pizza Hut generally, the “foreign” nature of square shape, or the inexperience/laziness of the staff, but when approximately 25+% of one of my pizzas arrives mostly as plain bread, I’m disinclined to leave a favorable review.

Today they rolled out the $2 personal pan pizza deal and it blew up on Facebook, which then the two stores in town were super busy. I ordered three personal pan pizzas and used my rewards for free breadsticks and was quoted 30 minutes, so when I went to pick up, they were slammed and told me it would be another 45 minutes to an hour before they actually got to my food, they explained that the app had crashed earlier and it wasn’t giving accurate times.
One of the workers came up to me and was trying to figure out how to issue a refund because I needed to get to my movie that started in 15 minutes at this point, I said hey could I just come back after the movie and pick up our order then and he said that would be wonderful and helped them a lot. I returned after the movie and they were sold out of personal pan pizzas at that point, but they still made us pizza and made everything right with us.
They were very kind during the chaos. They were also very kind and very professional and willing to help me when I returned, and I truly appreciate that. My kids said the pizza was fresh and hot and very good and they were very happy to still get their pizza tonight! Thank you for great customer service!

Yeah I ordered a pizza today . It was taking a longer than usual time for it to show up. So I calling Pizza Hut to see where my pizza was?? Well whoever delivered it decided they were going to leave it on the front porch and not ring the doorbell or knock on the door. No clue that it was here sitting on my porch.
The pizza was cold no good and looked like someone just threw it at the door I left the a picture on here looks like somebody took their hand in there and crumbled it up.

I ordered a large stuff Crust pizza. Was given a hand tossed crust. Manager gave me a free one to make up for their mistake.

Just look at the picture. Since when do we make pizza on a piece of paper? $60 for two larges and breadsticks, I expect my toppings to be on SOMETHING that resembles crust.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered on line, they said it would be about an hour. Not a big deal, they are probably busy. 30 min after my “delivery time” I called. Michael said the pizza just came out and that it would be about 15ish min and they only had one driver. Ok still not a big deal….one hour later pizza is still not delivered. Call back, he’s on the way. Ok. 30 min later try to call back to cancel the order, I’m on hold for 20 min…..the driver showed up lol. Still on hold I check the food, surprise it’s all stone cold. But hey ordered at 6 and got the food at 9 not too surprised there. What did surprise me though was all that Michael can do for me is give me store credit…….please make it make sense. Apparently Dominos does out pizza the hut.

i didn’t have money for a tip but i ordered 10 minutes before close and the guy was very sweet. made my wings even though they already closed the fryers and even made my pizza after already closing everything. he was super friendly and didn’t make us feel bad for our delayed order.
