I receive the best customer service every time we pick up or have pizza delivered from this location. We also receive good quality pizzas that are not overcooked and are freshly made. They are very careful about any food allergies or restrictions also.

The manager at this pizza hut is AMAZING and so is the taste. I ordered the pizza online and when I came to pick it up their machines were not working so they didn’t get my order but the manager himself told me he will make one in 10 min. Later when I returned I see that this was a different one he made and told him I had ordered something else. He with out hesitation asked me to wait another 10 min and gave me the one i finally ordered and a brownie for free.
I had offered to pay but he gave me the 2 pizzas and the brownie for free as and was sorry for the delay and the mess for the orders.
I was very impressed with their customer service, the pizzas tasted very good and I wanted to take time to give them a token of appreciation.

I’ve tired calling for days. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but it seems this is the only way to get ahold of anyone. I ordered a cheese pizza, light sauce. The sauce was oozing out of the pizza.

I’ve been ordering pizzas here about 3 times a month or more for at least six months and I have not had a bad pizza yet, we gave up on this place a year or 2 ago but I’m glad they are back with excellent quality! when the one time a mistake was made, they corrected it even before I got there and gave us the mistake pizza too! This is my go-to pizza place now. I place my order and pick it up in usually 14 minutes and it is always right out of the oven and when I get it home, it is just like eating in at Pizza Hut used to be.

We have been to this neighborhood Pizza Hut 59 times with no problem. In this case, I thought someone forgot to put sauce on my cheese lovers pizza. I thought….hey…Mistakes happen. Then I checked the menu and figured out the difference between a ultimate cheese lovers pizza and a cheese pizza is. Yep. I’m a big dummy :). It was supposed to be like that. Pizza Hut got it right again. I’ll order right next time. ….update…..A little bit of Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue sauce on it, and it was fixed right up.

Overall ok. May be a bit bias as past experiences were not good. It’s better than it used to be. Got a ways to go. Toppings are still too far from the edges, even on stuffed crust. And pizza seems to be taken out of the oven 2-3 minutes too soon.
Tipping seems to not be pushed on you. Tipping for takeaway is BS anywhere you go.
