One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Skimpy ingredients and didn’t even smell up the car taking it home. The box would have been better to eat. Not worth the time nor cost.

I had some issues with timeliness and completeness on my order, but they made it right. The driver acknowledged my concerns and made it right, which meant a lot to me. The app is easy to use, and the pizza tracker feature is nice. I’ve been eating at Pizza Hunt locations since my childhood, and will likely continue to support the brand.

They SAVED me today. I had 80 kids to feed for a school event starting at noon. I made my order 5 days in advance with Dominos. 10:53am Dominos called to let me know they were cancelled my order for 22 pizzas. Cue the panic. I called around to a bunch of places to see who could make 22 pizzas in less than an hour. The person I spoke with didn’t hem and haw, he understand immediately I needed to move quickly. He started the order right away, I drove there, picked up what they started and circled back to pick up the rest once they were ready. All the pizza was in front of the kids no later than 12:20pm and everyone ate their fill. Dominos is completely dead to me. I love that this location actually picked up their phone! All the Dominos in the area have just turned off their phones permanently (their solution to customer service issues), so it’s nice to have a business where an adult picks up the phone and just solves problems instead of creating them.

The online ordering process was fine. The issue seems to be with this location and being short staffed or something. I wanted contactless pick-up. I arrived 15 minutes after the expected arrival time so I expected the pizzas were completed. I texted the number and provided the name/vehicle and after 5 minutes I still had not received my pizzas. So I put on my mask and walk in to pick them up. People were in the back as I could hear them and I still had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to ask how they could help. Once I provided my name they opened the warmer, handed me the pizzas, and I left.

So, ordered at this location by mistake. I meant to order at the location at Shawnee Mission Parkway, near Nieman Rd, however this location did not disappoint. They were smiling, courteous and were overall just having a good time. I initially wanted curbside but I had forgotten to order a drink. When I pulled up, there were no customers inside, so instead of having them come outside and me still needing a drink, I went in. It was just nice seeing individuals having a good time, at work or not.
