Food usually be on point. But PH needs to have actual deliver drivers to deliver instead of DoorDash Maria who delivered our order today didn’t know what she was doing, and was so lazy she didn’t even wanna do the work to find the address number on the building.

I choose this place because I was close by and food was on time, but got the wrong order the guy ask me if I wanted to see my order I said no it’s fine the guys was friendly so I trusted they got my order right, got home got it wrong some else’s order I order a large pepperoni stuffed crust with extra sauce and a pepperoni Italian sausage got one right and not the other not impressed. And on top of that I give them their tip. Couldn’t go back because I live 15 minutes away lesson learned not to order from there and check on my order before leaving the store.

I had to wait 24 minutes past my stated pick up time. I ordered 6 pizzas and two orders of breadsticks. I got 4 pizzas and no breadsticks. When I asked the Pizza Hut cashier if there were six pizzas and two breadsticks in the 4 boxes, he said yes I put them in personally. Two problems – you ripped me off for two pizzas and two orders of breadsticks, and the Pizza Hut person had no problem lying to me. You will get no more of my money.

I seem to only have problems with this Pizza Hut. Multiple times I’ve had my order sent to the wrong address, my money taken without getting service. Just now I placed an order and spent $30 just to get an email saying “not processed please call your Pizza Hut”. When I do call I get the rudest possible attitude after just giving the store $30 of my money. Not a great way to keep customers. Disappointed impossibly. Wish there was Dominoes nearby.

I had some issues with timeliness and completeness on my order, but they made it right. The driver acknowledged my concerns and made it right, which meant a lot to me. The app is easy to use, and the pizza tracker feature is nice. I’ve been eating at Pizza Hunt locations since my childhood, and will likely continue to support the brand.

Read all the one star reviews. Had most of them happen to me at this location. My son likes this pizza, but he’s gonna have to get used to somebody that’s actually good.

Ordered my pizza, drinks and dipping sauces at 6:43, my order was at my door in 16 minutes, excellent! The driver even said he packed the box and my dipping sauces we’re inside. Great delivery time, and very courteous delivery driver. Keep up the good work.

I’m a disabled veteran with one leg. I just.moved here and decided to try Pizza Hut. I used the App with contact less curbside pick-up. When I got to the store I went.on the app to say I was here. There is no button that does that. I waited 20 minutes and no food. Struggled to get indoors. Manager said I should call. I did but it directed me to a call center.
Because this experience has happened twice to me. I cannot use this place as a food source. I will never go back. Calls to Corporate went unanswered. They do not care about disabled people. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I have ordered here 4 or 5 times, and every single time they get my order wrong or just give me a messed up pizza. So when I ordered Spanish and extra cheese I get three leaves of Spanish and no extra cheese. The pizza hut 800 number has reimbursed me every time, but I don’t shop here anymore I go to the one on Shawnee mission pkwy. This place doesn’t deserve the one star i had to give
