I placed my order at 5:38pm and when I arrived at 6:08pm I noticed my name on the screen for 5:58. The customer in front of me got turned away by the very unprofessional employee complaining about only 2 workers. I watch that guy turn 3 potential customers away. Nice way to watch money walk away!! Remind you my 3 kids should not hear the guy using profanity!!. The owner needs to watch his surveillance more to save his business because none of us customers were happy. I waited til 6:20pm and left with kids not receiving their pizza and desert. Who knows how much longer I would wait.

The service is great here. I order on the app, go in 15 minutes later, tell them my name, and, boom, I’m off.
I definitely recommend their boneless wings, but make sure to add on blue cheese or the dipping sauce of your choice, because it doesn’t come with it.
Also, make sure to order Parmesan cheese if you’re ordering a lot. They don’t have free packets anymore, but they have cool little jars that are inexpensive.
The staff in friendly, it is always clean, you can see into the kitchen, they wear gloves and switch them out, and no one ever looks like a slob.
I definitely recommend this.

The worst experience ever, don’t go to this place, they are racist. I ordered a Supreme pizza and a 2 liter Pepsi, spending and throwing my money away!! The Pepsi was totally hot and the pizza is not worth eating by a dog because it would make me sick once it tried it!! I went to return it because I want my money back and they refused to do so, saying that they couldn’t find my registered phone number. I spent 40.56 thrown away and with this bad experience I will never order anything from this place again.

This location is awful. Very Rude employee. You need to get rid of the guy in the picture who was hateful and disrespectful. Refuse to refund item that was paid for in cash and then told don’t have. Become hateful and arguing. No wonder Pizza Hut going to shit when you hire people like this.

I had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The food was delicious, fresh, and served hot. What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. Lillian was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and attentive. She made sure everything was perfect and even went out of her way to check on us during our meal. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. Thanks, Lillian, for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Picked up order, it was incorrect. Drove back to exchange, it was undercooked. And 2 other people were there with wrong orders as well. Garbage store where the employees do not seem to care at all when an order was wrong. Will NEVER be back. I will go to grocery store and get a frozen pizza. It will be a better pizza and save me time.

Terrible. We received our pizza, and it was all smashed to the side of the box like it was dropped or something. I called the store and told them what happened, and he asked for the phone number, type of pizza, then said “can you give the other one back” and then said they would be here in 35 minutes. Never once did he apologize or tell me his name. The driver was rude and fled very quickly, like he knew he did something wrong, and on the phone, they responded to me like I was lying. Now, its been an hour, and we haven’t gotten our new pizza, we can’t eat on the one we have, and we just have to stare at it on the table. And we are onky 0.5 miles from the restaurant. I have attached a photo of the pizza. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

I ordered delivery because my mother was hungry. I asked for two alfredo pizzas. One with pepperoni with mushrooms on half, And the other chicken bacon with half black olives. When I finished the order I was still washing my clothes at the laundry mat. I took a screen shot to save a coupon that appeared after I completed the order. No one in the apartment could eat it. There was no sauce in sight. The veggies took over the entire pizza killing all flavor. I sent in a complaint and wad given another pizza. Somehow both these coupons have the same code. You ruined two pizzas, Im owed two pizzas.

Normally we have had good pizza at this Pizza Hut but today we ordered two mediums and neither was good. One had no sauce and the pepperoni was burned and the other should have had garlic Parmesan sauce and it was non-existent. This was so disappointing as we will now think of going elsewhere.
