Inside the store was very clean and a welcoming environment. The color scheme was very cool, vibrant and neutral. Pizza hut really has changed over the years. I felt welcomed and greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Thank you Pizza Hut!! We will be coming back!!

I haven’t had Pizza hut in a while. I spent $83 and the pizza wasn’t good. They switched my delivery to Doordash. They forgot my wings. He had to double back to get them. What was supposed to be Tavern pizza was so dry and over cooked . Wasnt supposed to have peppers and they put peppers on half . I wish I had gone with a small pizza company . They didn’t even cut the cookie that they half baked!

There was about 10 people before me waiting for pizza and no one at register. When i got my pizza and cheesestick i was checking if everything is right but my cheesestick was completely damaged and before i say anytbing to pizza hut employee she left backside again now im waiting to explain them but no one is coming out side there was some more people behind me waiting so i left thinking its ok i will not eat cheesestick i still have pizza but when i went home and checked pizza, its uncut not even fully cooked. Very oily .I through everything in tresh.

Major props to the Pizza Hut at 10940 Parallel Pkwy Suite C, Kansas City, KS 66109. Even though they accidently mixed up our order and we had to wait for a re-do that took longer then they told us. They definitely made up for it without asking. Refunded our order in full, AND gave us a credit for next time. Still staying civil and polite can go along way. Thank you to that Pizza hut team!

Pizza took forever even though I had it for pick up at 9. Pizza was pretty good though. Topping were plenty. Would good here again.

We are staying at Great Wolf Lodge. I was going to make the kids white trash it and eat without a plate. As I was leaving they asked would you need any plates or napkins? And had no problem giving me 5 plates. Amazing customer service!

I am going with a full 5 stars for this crew. On the Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving I showed up to check prices on a possible order. The manager could have just let me order off the regular menu but that wasn’t the case. We ordered 19 pizzas, 9 orders of bread sticks and knots and a couple of pastas. The price was beyond reasonable and they were delivered to our hotel right on time.
They were all still hot and oh so delicious!!! Thank you, we will be back.

Can’t believe Pizza Hut, a massive company can’t be troubled to give free parmesan cheese nor peppers anymore. Plus, has to ask for marinara for my breadsticks. And limited to only one small cup for six breadsticks.
