Ordered wings online to be delivered. They contained something deep fried that was not a wing. Called to ask what to do only to be told nothing. Very disappointing as I have no idea what the critter is that was fried with my order AND that nothing could be suggested for how to make it right. Needless to say, I will no longer do business with this brand and will go out of my way to share this experience with any and every platform available.

Note that most of the reviews here are for the old dine-in location across the street. It was an okay location back then, but the new takeout/delivery is just not good. Delivery is provided by DoorDash drivers who leave unprotected boxes sitting on the steps in front of the house and drive away without even knocking. When you order carryout, the cashier will explicitly ask for a tip for the “service” of carrying a pizza from the warmer to the counter–even if you already declined the tip when paying online. Last time I ordered carryout, my daughter picked it up and was confused by the cashier demanding a tip, and she ended up giving them one EVEN THOUGH I HAD PAID ONLINE AND SHE WAS NOT THE BEARER OF THE CARD BEING CHARGED! Highly unethical and annoying.

First time here. Young woman at the counter was very helpful. Explained all the promotions, truly appreciated her amazing customer service. (I believe she had some facial studs, jewelry) mine you very tasteful.
▪︎When she brought my pizza & goodies out, she even offered to hold the door, so I could get out, which was most helpful. Mine you I am handicap, and walk with a cane.
▪︎She even offered to get my car door for me (also). I advised would be fine getting into my car (I was so impressed) truly in these temperatures. (11 degrees).
▪︎For a young person to truly think about such details, to assistance a customer. I was blow away . I give her 50 ⭐ ⭐ stars.

Pizza was soggy and doughy like it wasn’t cooked properly. Otherwise, it was ok. We haven’t ordered from there for over a month. My wife would rather risk getting heartburn from another establishment than getting an undercooked pizza dough. The amount of toppings has also been very disappointing.
