Ordered pickup on January 30 and received a notification that the food was ready. When we arrived, staff admitted they had made the wrong wings and asked us to wait an additional 15 minutes while the rest of our order sat in a warmer. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes, and when we got home everything was cold except the wings they had remade. I called the store and the manager was rude, accused us of lying, and refused to acknowledge their mistake. The lack of professionalism and customer service was completely unacceptable. We have had good experiences here before, but after how we were treated last night, we will not be returning.

Ordered online, I arrived 5min early and waited inside. Friendly staff and clean facilities, quiet. My food was on point, I asked that it be “slightly overcooked” and it was delicious! Using the app saves you a lot of money!

They don’t put any cheese on the top of the pizzas and now they charge additional charges, so it turns out you’re buying EXPENSIVE DOUGH! It’s disgusting! I called them & they said they only put a medium cup of cheese & didn’t even try to fix my nasty doughy pizzas! We paid $90 for our dough! DONT GO HERE!!!!

They accidentally forgot a sauce side for my melt. We drive back to the store to pick up a new one, didn’t say anything about getting any extra compensation. The KINDEST person greeted us at the window, apologized, gave us 2 sauces and 2 Dr peppers with a smile. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Will be coming back

Used to be great but horrible experience with doughy original pan 3 times in a row . Bad staff experience and no reply from company after assuring contact from manager. Try Papa John’s for better pizza!
