You got a mouthy man that works there! He drives a tan colored van. He’s very mouthy and smarts off to you! Pizza Hut doesn’t pay the public to come there. Someone needs to tell him that! Him and Sandy both need to be told that. Their not about taking care of the customers and being polite.

We went to dine in in a Sunday around 7:30pm and the doors were locked. One of the workers opened the door and said they were not taking anymore dine in customers. There was 1 booth occupied and it was an hour before they closed.

Just sat at the window waiting for the employees to chit chat. I honked my horn. Waited 10 minutes to get my food. I said thanks for the wait and I got the eye roll.

I ordered on the app and there was an error it was charging me a delivery fee for a carryout order. I called and asked if they could waive the fee at pickup. I was told my the “manager” that did not give her name they cannot do that. I said okay deliver it. The eta was showing 12:39-12:49. I called at 1:00 and the store manager told me they had been waiting for me to pick it up. She blamed me for the situation and then said the app must just be used to me having it delivered. I have had it delivered twice and the rest of the time it is carry out. Cheryl made it out to be anyone but her teams fault. They could have simply picked up the phone and said Cheryl said the fee could be waived. I guess serving customers a soggy pizza is better and it is easier to blame others for their not knowing how to operate a phone.

My husband & I placed an order. My sandwich showed up to the table & sat there getting cold while waiting for his meal. His pasta showed up & we began to eat. Halfway through my sandwich & his pasta the appetizer (breadsticks) showed up.
The pickles served with my sandwich looked like they had been dehydrated & rehydrated before serving them.
The paper towels on the table are so cheap they fell apart when trying to pull one off the roll.
There was only one other table occupied & we picked the cleanest table to set at, no reason for dirty tables when there is only 1 table occupied.

Took 10 mins to bring out a new bowl of salad for the salad bar, had to ask twice for it. Our food was delivered to the wrong table, and it took the waiter 5 mins to catch it and bring the order over, and the order wasn’t even right, so had to wait for that. The salad bar was very dirty and sticky like it hasn’t been cleaned for days. The wings tasted good but service could of been better.

They really should tell you that when you choose BBQ as the sauce for your pizza, they don’t actually put ANY sauce ON the pizza, and just give you a little container of BBQ on the side. What a mess. Not a very happy Mama. If they disclosed that important little tidbit, I could have been prepared.

We ordered a large pizza, easy on the sauce. It didn’t taste done,and there was too much sauce on it. It made us sick to our stomach. So, we called and they made us another pizza. It had so much sauce on it that the sauce was all we could taste. So,I took it back. They would not give me my money back. I told them that I didn’t want to eat there anymore, but they still said they couldn’t give our money back. So now we have a credit, at a place we don’t want to eat.
